Warning: Do not complain of pain. I had a really bad experience with this office. I have suffered from benign cysts in my breast for years. They can be very painful. My doctor had ordered a preventive mammogram a year ago. When I was getting the test done I flinched with pain and the tech said that because of the pain, she was going to change the test to a diagnostic test. I explained to her that the pain was normal and that I knew exactly what was causing the pain. I also asked her to keep it as a preventive. She refused to listed to me and still changed the test to diagnostic. I feel like I was not listened to as a patient. This resulted of me having to pay almost $800. I will never go back to this office. This is the first time that this has happened to me with any mammogram.

My mammography scanner was unfriendly, abrupt, dismissive, condescending…quite unprofessional in many ways. This experience is contrary to former years’ ( approx 30 years) experience.

Jan is the BEST to see for a breast ultrasound!! She is so knowledgeable, skilled , helpful and kind.Kathy and Lindsey were so kind, patient and caring during my mammogram. I was in great hands- you will be too !

My visit was very efficient. In and out for a CT scan in 10 minutes. The staff were kind, which was especially helpful because imaging makes me nervous. My Radiology Tech Lindsay was a joy.

The merger has caused a major slow down in service. In the past I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes for a routine scan. My visit on January 5th took over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be called. It is insulting to be kept waiting that long without any communication that they are running behind. Once I was called, the visit was excellent, as expected. I'll think twice about using a facility that has no regard for me and my time.

Today it took almost half an hour for my mom to see the nurse/doctor...You guys need to step up your game... Once someone comes in for their appointment... It should be no more than 5 minutes long for them to get in...Technically I would have given a five ⭐ since the place is clean and all as well as the staff being so nice... ??

My daughter was referred from an urgent care center to this imaging facility for an ultrasound after having post Covid symptoms in her neck. An appointment was made. Once she went through pre-screening at the reception area and they understood that she had COVID a few weeks ago, they treated my daughter so rudely that she was brought to tears. A truly horrible experience.

Several years ago, I had a lumpectomy at Yale Breast Center that wasn't malignant but left scar tissue. I tried to get my mammogram and ultrasound at Jefferson, but once they heard I had previous surgery and scarring, they wouldn't do it because the mammo ordered was "routine." Though my doctor's office called them directly, they still refused. I was so upset, it'd taken me months to get an appointment and a babysitter. Ever since then, I just drove down to have it at Yale.My GYN suggested WH Imaging, assuring me it wouldn't be an issue and that they were very good. While it's great that YNH has dedicated breast radiologists, WHI's doctors and techs were very good. The staff was kind and professional, understood about the scar tissue, had copies of my previous scans so they kept an eye out for a few spots (which thankfully were fine). I got my results quickly, and couldn't be happier. Jefferson is fine for X-rays and MRIs, but I've found my preferred provider for mammograms and breast ultrasounds.

The Imaging Center is not the place I have used for years. It has changed hands and seems to have merged with the other radiology services at that location.Very disappointed in the registration process- it took over 10 minutes. I waited for over 20 minutes and still wasn't called. The very private, well run mammography center is no more. I did not feel safe and secure there either.
