Absolutely horrible company as a whole they charge you ridiculous amounts of money and have no solution to any problem that occurs but will overdraft your account with the quickness with no reason for doing so

I returned my rental on Saturday, when the location was closed. It's now Tuesday and I received an automated call that my car rental hasn't been returned. I can't get through the Hertz menu to actually speak to someone at this location to find out why they haven't closed my rental contract. They have my phone number but couldn't be bothered to call me to discuss the issue?I'm visiting family because my grandmother is very ill and may be dying. This stress is absolutely unnecessary. I'm never using Hertz again.

I will never rent from this location again! First of all, I didn't receive the vehicle that I had reserved. Second, the vehicle that I received was dirty inside and out and there was no gas in it. But the shocker came when I looked at my credit card statement and see that they charged me a fee for smoking. I don't smoke nor does my granddaughter who is twelve. And even if you claimed there was smoking and you charged an additional fee of the 400 dollars, I'm still owe 200 dollars that location is a scam! DON'T USE IT!

I rented a car from this location for the first time ever & the car broke down within 5 or so days. I come back for a replacement and was told i cannot be given a car until the broken down car gets towed back to their location or airport. Money well wasted.

I rented an SUV for a weekend trip. Vehicle smelled like weed. Had to air it out for a while & sprayed it with febreeze. Couldn't exchange it because it was only vehicle left & they had closed by the time I picked it up. It still had some smell by the time I dropped off Sunday. Also, they said vehicle was full but only had 7/8 tank or so. I returned it full to avoid them charging my card. Tire also had a nail in it do had to fill tire a few times luckily I had a battery powered air pump.

Winston and Jamal took good care of me!My lovely neighbor hit my parked trucked while backing out of her driveway and after going for insurance to cover the damages they gave me a rental referral at hertz while my truck was going to a shop for repair. The issue I had was more so with the insurance company (state farm) trying to play me. But Winston made my experience quick and easy and kept me informed. Jamal, who I think is in training, did a great job assisting Winston and me for fast pick up and drop off ! Would I ever rent a car through a referral from a car insurance agency, no. But if I ever had to rent a car for any other reasons I would see Winston and Jamal at hertz ! Thank you guys again for helping me out !

I booked at a certain price but the person on desk was hell bent on selling at higher price. I did the booking again and showed him, eventually he was able to retrieve the booking and do the needful. I booked a Tesla 3 which was available with only 18percent charge, which is not a great way to handover the car. Not good professionalism and standards by Hertz.

If I could put zero stars I would. Went to pick up a car today from them and the gentleman who was helping me was average he could of been better but he wasn't the problem it was the manager. He was beyond rude, muttering under his breath, using profanity, and just completely unprofessional. He did not help the situation but just made it worse and kept rolling his eyes. Will not be coming back to Hertz after this situation, and truly hope they get different management. I also clearly wasn't the only one. It was a room full of displeased customers in a rundown facility. I really recommend going anywhere else for your rental needs. Anything has to be better than this place.

I rented an SUV from this Hertz office last week. I worked with Daniel Behmke. He was SO great- professional and very patient. I highly recommend Hertz and Daniel!

Be aware of incorrect gas fees and gas levels at pickup!!!!Picked up a one way rental to JFK, completed all the paperwork inside while another employee pulled the car from the parking lot. Paperwork said the tank is full. Upon exiting their office the employee doing the paperwork said that he is sorry, that the gas is actually just half full but he would correct it in the system and I just return it at the same level at JFK. I would be good to go. After returning at JFK, Hertz charged me 10$ per missing gal of gas. No one is picking up the phone and Hertz customer service requires every gas related complaints in writing. I luckily documented the mileage and gas levels at pickup and kept my receipt from the gas station. Dispute with my credit card company is initiated, so hopefully I don't have to deal with their customer service.Update 5/21: I just noticed that Hertz refunded the gas fee earlier this month after my first email to customer service. Adjusting from 1 to 3 stars. Still only 3 stars because the car was in bad shape inside (huge white discoloration of passenger seat and some remaining smell of smoke) and the hussle of requesting a refund for the gas.
