Doctor Apple is the best! My phone got water damaged and wouldn't charge right before I had to go on a big trip and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. I called and although I didn't have an appointment, Sandy understood my emergency and took a look at my phone. He was able to fix it in the same day and I was able to get along on my trip. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service, great communication and most importantly, my computer was fixed! After the Genius Bar could not help me with a hard drive failure on my older iMac, I went looking for other options. Doctor Apple was local, easy to work with and replaced the failed HDD with an SSD in a timely and professional manor. Taking the screen off of an 27" inch iMac is a serious undertaking and I am happy to report my computer is up and running better than ever!

Great service, really knows his stuff. He answered my call, was available almost immediately, and was able to fix the broken glass that covers the back camera on my iPhone in minutes. I would definitely recommend.

We needed our 2 iPhone 8 batteries replaced without having to abandon them for a day or more. Sandy, the proprietor, provided prompt and courteous service without the hassles of appointments and "consultations" of the authorized Apple repair locations and affiliates. Battery replacement took a half hour. He charged the list price from a website, less 10%.One drawback: the office is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The building has sufficient free parking. It's good to call ahead: the building is easy to locate but requires getting past the security lock.Jay L, West Hartford

don’t got to this place to fix anything besides a cracked screen !!!!! he supposedly fixed my charging port , went to apple store they told me that the port is broken and I can’t restore my ipad so I had to get a whole new one ? and I have the right store with receipts to prove it
