Jim was awesome to work with. He was especially helpful in helping choose when to lock in rates. It was a while since I bought a property and Jim help me through questions. I’d also like to say that Shelly was also great. I initially went through Shelly and she referred me to Jim because of state licensing. She is also really knowledgeable. I would recommend Bay Equity.

We worked with Alyssa and Tyler from Bay Equity on our Home purchase. They were very helpful throughout the journey of the loan processing. They worked in odd hours to make sure that our mortgage is approved as our closing was on a short window. They were also available for any questions that we had in the process. From the very beginning Alyssa was friendly and pleasant to deal with, and she was accessible whenever I needed to speak with her. Alyssa was always willing to answer my questions and go over the details. Also, at a couple stressful points of my transaction she very graciously allowed me to voice my concerns and followed up on them with the appropriate parties. Had SUCH a good experience with Bay equity. My situation changed about a dozen times during the pandemic and Alyssa and her team were nothing but courteous, respectful, and helpful. She has helped with everything from CHFA down payment assistance, FHA with a chenoa grant, conventional, and even FHA construction to perm loans. They really cover all their bases and can help people in a variety of situations. Truly, don't let your situation stop you from getting on the home ownership ladder, even if it's just a small condo!! I'm glad I financed with them and I'm so happy with my home.

Nate Pryzbek is beyond amazing!!! He was so helpful during my very long house search and was always able to answer questions quickly with knowledge.
