These people do their best to help the customer. They took great care of me both on the purchase of the car and on a tire problem that was not any fault of the dealer, but they are working to help me regardless .. got to love great service

I worked with Terry on test driving a car. He was not pushy at all. I haven't bought a car from them yet, but I will definitely go back when I am ready.
Update 3/15/24:
Ended up coming back and getting a car. They were easy to work with and it was a great environment.

I had an outstanding, low-pressure, high satisfaction experience purchasing a certified pre-owned car from Valenti Volvo! I can't recommend them highly enough, and they were even kind enough to deliver the car directly to me (I'm 2 hours from the dealership). Be sure to ask for Terry Brangiero in Sales!

Great car buying experience from Valenti. We all dread going to dealerships!
Absolutely no pressure to buy a car from them. They gave a fair price. No haggling. Everyone was great. Very easy car buying experience. Volvo sells itself. I cannot recommend a Volvo enough.
Steve was extremely knowledgeable especially helping me set everything up on the google assistant. Thanks Valenti for making a car buying experience be a little less stressful.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Valenti Volvo of Watertown, specifically with their General Manager, Donny Frost. I returned my Volvo after the lease period to a different dealer (Volvo of Westport), where the vehicle inspection process was not completed properly. They failed to note the return of a charging cable, leading Volvo Finance to invoice me $1000 on my final lease end statement.
Upon discovering that my former vehicle was now on sale at Valenti, I decided to reach out to them. Despite not having purchased the car from Valenti or used their services, Donny Frost demonstrated exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to verify the completeness of the car's return. Donny promptly drafted a letter, as requested by Volvo Finance, and provided proof that the car was returned in its entirety.
This proactive approach from Donny saved me from a potential $1000 charge, showcasing Valenti's commitment to customer satisfaction. What impressed me even more was Donny's dedication to follow up and ensure that the resolution went smoothly. This level of customer obsession, without any personal gain for Valenti, exceeded my expectations.
Coming from someone who works at Amazon and understands the significance of customer treatment and loyalty-building, I commend Valenti and Donny for their exemplary service. This positive experience has undoubtedly earned my loyalty, and should I be in the market for another Volvo, Valenti will be my first choice.

Not friendly to waiting customers, who purchased a car in March 2023. Kind service personal and the front is a mess. Call will not help, messages , not responses, and customer service. Poor Decision on My Part. Wanted to keep Local but go anywhere else.

I have had a couple cars here a few times for service and I was treated well each time. I've dealt with Howie a few times and customer service has always been top notch with clear communication during the whole process. I work on my own car, but there are some things I cannot do on my own or the car is under warranty. Valenti Volvo service center does a good job treating customer cars with respect and providing prompt precise service each time. Recently, they were able to provide me a courtesy car at the last minute which was awesome. I was able to go home and work while the car was being looked at instead of sitting in the dealership all morning.
