Walked in looking for an item i wanted to gift someone, but didnt know much at all about the different kinds/makes. i felt i was immediately in good hands as soon as i walked in the door and the staff greeted me and asked if they can help me find anything particular. of course thats a line from most customer service, but these guys were enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help me! great people to make u feel at home, great merchandise, amazing service. easy 5 stars from me. Great experience - we discussed a price on the phone, and I told him I was coming up to purchase. I was caught in traffic and arrived 10 minutes after closing time, but they stayed open to accommodate me. I arrived and purchased the item which was exactly as described. Cannot ask for more than that!

Joe the owner was Plesant to deal with ! He was very knowledgeable on his products he has in pawn shop . Prices were better than all the other pawn shops I have been in !

I tryd to sell a ring they weren't intrested in my ring I tryd to buy another ring and the owner or manager or whatever just walked away and went into the back and never came back I have over 2,500 cash to buy a ring then and there. No worries I went to TC's better product anyways. I guess this guy only buys from crack heads.

Never been here but just from reading the reviews don’t think I ever will. Good luck to whoever owns this place. Seems like there gonna go down hill or out of business real soon if there owner talks to people like that and nobody gets good service here. So sad to see and here that people in customer service can’t do there job correct.
