Big thanks to Julius for repairing my auto glass the same day that I called. Glass was smashed due to attempted theft and the insurance company sent me to Safelite. What a nightmare that was. After 3 appts and my glass still wasn't repaired, I called Waterbury Glass. I spoke to Julius in the morning and 3:00pm that afternoon, my glass was repaired. Great job!!

had shower doors installed, came in right on schedule, installer was absolutely great. had one slight problem they came out on a weekend to take care of it would recommend Marino's Glass to anyone OH AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT

From i walked in until the time that I walked out I had an amazing experience. My glass was perfect. I was treated with wonderful costumer services. Staff was very polite.

These guys are great. My rear window got stuck in the down position. Went to waterbury glass. Told them my story. The young kid came out. Got the window up and got it to stay upTill I could get it fixed right when I asked him what I owed hay he said have a nice day.

Few years ago my windsheild started leaking. I brought it to them and asked if they could re seal it. Ofcourse the owner lied and said i needed to buy a whole new windsheild. Then i asked about insurance covering it, well he lied again and said i needed to pay first and the insurance will pay it back, long story short, i came out of pocket for a "new " windsheild, it lasted a few months and has been leaking ever since

I had my side car window broken twice. I call Waterbury Glass both times and they ordered the window and fixed the window while I waited. Thank you for your efficiency.

I came to them and asked if they change car window regulators seeing that they work with glass. The owner came out and said yes we can change that for you just buy the regulator and bring it here and we will swap it out. Just pay us for the install. I buy the regulator and bring it there and after they finish the window works for maybe like an hour before the window starts to come off track and I bring it back next day and again it’s off the window track and he fixes it and 30 minutes later it does the same thing. I go back and the owner says listen I can’t keep fixing it over and over bring it to the dealership. To me this is something that should have been said from the beginning. I bring it to the dealership who said whoever was in the door changing the regulator they took a sawzaw to your door and cut through the door frame. Instead of taking it apart they just cut the door frame out of the way to get to the regulator. Since the door frame is now damaged the window will keep coming off track and now you need a new door. I was then forced to go to a junk yard to buy a door for my car and I brought this to the attention of the owner who said he would investigate and then said he doesn’t know what happened. Well sir I certainly wasn’t in there I brought you the car to change that for me. If you can’t do something just say that! Don’t put a sawzaw to my door and damage my car and leave me to pick up the pieces. The best part is they wouldn’t give me a refund. I do not recommend these guys to anyone. BEWARE

Terrible customer experience! Paid in full for glass, never called to say it was completed after I called to follow up, dishonest woman on the phone saying she called to say the order was completed on Friday when I called on Friday and was told that it was going to be ready until Saturday. She was rude and hung up the phone when I told her she didn’t call. Never again!

They replaced a broken window in my home. Service was fast, and the price was reasonable.I am very happy with the end result, would definitely recommend.

Quick service and good price!I was in CT helping my mother-in-law move and the movers broke a glass chest. They made the glass within an hour. Very nice too.

Me and my boyfriend went here to get our window fix and to order some window balancer. They told us that the window balancer would take two to three weeks and the window would be fixed two to three days. We wanted to pick them both up at the same time. We got a call from one of the workers saying that our order was ready. BF went to pick it up and when he got there it took the two hours to tell that either someone might have picked up the window or it's not ready because they could not find it. So we asked for refund for the window balancer because it was almost a month waiting for the order. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. They need to be more organized and on the same page when calling people about their order. It was bad service. My BF would give this place -5 stars.
