The pharmacist and everyone that works there are great. Prescriptions are always ready and I love giving to the small pharmacies instead of the big store. I drive from Southington just to get my rx's to support them

I LOVE FRANK AND BRIAN!!! Frank is a pharmacist and Brian is the one who does the deliveries I've been coming here for a couple of years now I'd say more than 4 and they're always ontime, professional, friendly, and always willing to accommodate your needs. They treat me with so much respect and genuine concern they feel like family?

I've been going there for almost two years in there very nice they do know me by name and my son and the meds that we take they go out beyond when it's needed if the doctors didn't call something then right away they go beyond and help they're very polite even if they're probably having a bad day they still make sure that the ones that need their medication are okay on that day and with what's going on or around the world they still kept going even if it's a small business and make sure that we were safe if I had to tell somebody about this business I would say even though it's small they should have everybody at their pharmacy I'm happy to be a customer at this pharmacy in my family there was one time it was closed and pops was coming from out of town to this store real quick and he actually got my meds for me and met me halfway and brought them that is what you see as a community coming together and he was very nice they're not just jobs that they have they actually are very caring people this community should be happy to have them and come together at a time like this and help them any way we can as they helped us every.

Very unprofessional bad attitude saying whatever to a customer is not what you're supposed to be I've been there since I was a little girl in my own son and they wanna act like that now I am switching pharmacies! Don't go there!!!!!!!!!

A few of the employees are very nice. However there are others that can be rude. I understand it is a "mom and pop pharmacy" but the hours are not convenient. They also do not call or text you when your script is ready. You have to basically guess when they might be filled and then call and ask. A few times they have given me my meds but when I look in the bag not all of them are in there. They don't really have much room for parking and no drive thru. On the other hand they never have lines you just go in, get your scripts, and leave. They are a small business and I, personally, like to help out small businesses. Overall they are a decent pharmacy.

I wanted to write a review for Dellapietra/Health Mart Pharmacy & its long overdue. But im praying the timing will cause some to think about our local businesses. and life without them,, the ones we rely on,, the ones that actually know its customers and customers know the staff. This level of trust is critical to health care industries.Health Mart Pharmacy (Dellapietra) has been and continues to be an outstanding local business; It exemplifies the reasons for supporting local businesses.The staff at Dellapietra/Health Mart is wecolming, professional, putting customers at ease. The Pharmacists have a variety of backgrounds and years of experience, & University degrees ranging from BS through PhD, which benefits the customers.If we dont support Health Mart we give away yet another "choice"" in our own healthcare..and are captive of yet another monopoly, not as customers ,but faceless numbers. Thank you for your time.

Four years ago I wrote a one star review because the gentleman working would give us the wrong prescriptions multiple times. Since then my family members refuse to switch to a different pharmacy. Today, four years later the same gentleman is still working there. Which is besides the point. $70 for prescriptions: a cough medicine, Flonase, and an eye ointment. Talk about nickel and diming people. I got the same prescription eye ointment earlier this year for $12 and I don't have prescription insurance. This is the problem with healthcare- people with needs go without because they simply cannot afford it. Grateful I don't use this pharmacy for myself. I will continue to rave about CVS- wait times may be longer but I'd rather pay $12 for eye ointment than $20 especially when living on a budget.

I honestly can't say enough how much I love this pharmacy. I moved here after years of frustration at CVS (who will be getting their own review shortly...) and it was like night and day. I'm a shut-in so my nervousness is almost palpable when I do get out of the house, but the staff here talk to me like one person to another rather than, say, an employee who obviously doesn't want to be there faking professionalism ;) But really, whenever I am there in person they ease my nerves just by being who they are. My prescriptions are often delivered, and there have been a few times where I had forgotten to call in my refills, only to find that they had dealt with it without me prompting them to do so, making sure everything was all set and the delivery could be made without complications. The pharmacist himself I've spoken to on several occasions when I have questions and I've been given very solid answers and advice. Apparently other members of my family have been doing business with Della Pietra for years too, as they recognized my unique surname immediately when I switched over. I'm very thankful for this place and its people. Total godsend.
