The movers were on time, and very courteous. They moved everything as quickly as possible. I would like to mention here that it was an over 90* heat and humidity day. They didn't slack or take breaks, and were very accommodating for my requests. I would absolutely use them again and tell my family and friends to use them as well ?

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I called to schedule for a early morning move spoke to Aaron and he listened to what I wanted and was very courteous, pleasant on the phone.. The movers Mark and Nick showed up at my house, on time and they to were esceptionally polite and courteous and moved my furniture carefully and got the job done fast without any damage at all to my walls or furniture. I HIGHLY recommend this moving company. In this day and age its not often you get such WONDERFUL, PROMPT , COURTEOUS customer service.

Really wonderful service. It was a hot day and the move included two buildings, each with three flights of stairs. The company called an hour before arrival, worked quickly and tirelessly and made a difficult move very comfortable for me. Would recommend!!

Excellent company...I used them two years ago and was the easiest move ever...no hidden costs. Upfront and acceptable price. Sean and Eric did an excellent job...very professional but friendly and work fast!! I am using them again for my next move. Highly recommend Hanson Moving and Storage of Waterbury.
