Horrible place I have been getting deliveries for a year now since West main stopped delivering .They didn't fill prescriptions that were necessary for a medical procedure and delivered it after I was to be at the doctor they also put me on automatic delivery when I never requested that and delivered my medication at all separate times. That messed up my medication system because I always made sure I had just enough and I got them all to be due at the same time .Prescriptions were unfilled after a week of waiting now it's Friday I ran out and won't have any all weekend because I rely upon deliveries Bunker Hill is the best but I have to pay the highest co-pays if I want to go there . This place is just one big headache.

I haven't physically been into the pharmacy but I have had a prescription called in for home delivery twice now and Bryan is fantastic! He's so friendly and fast and he also offered to personally drive the medication to my house in Middletown if I needed it faster than fed ex could get it to me since he drives through the area every day anyways. I thought that was outstanding customer service! My experience with this pharmacy has been very pleasant.

I find the people who answer the phone a little on the rude side they tell me things about picking my prescriptions up that I have not said I've chose this pharmacy because I physically can't get there I don't have a vehicle and I have physical difficulty they are very poor about giving a Time they pretty much give you all day you can't even narrow it down to 2 hours and when they can't reach you they don't try again until you contact and they never ever call first to let you know they are coming despite requesting it every single time been here a month and a half went to another Walgreens for several years but they unfortunately stopped delivering I cannot recommend this unless you are homebound and never choose to go anywhere the day your prescriptions May come and forget calling the people they will argue with you about just about anything concerning your prescription

The staff is wonderful, polite and helpful.The only downfall is the sign. It has Walgreen's very small. You do not see it driving past. Look for the Community sign that is the place. I actually think the sign is new cuz I was here 3 weeks ago and I do NOT remember seeing Walgreen's on it. I was asking every person on the street where it was.It is only for Rx medication pick-up and vaccines.Stay safe everyone!?

This store moved and shrank to be literally just medication and nothing over the counter. Its placement in the downtown area was more convenient the first address it was at on the corner of bank and e.main. They were a mini Walgreens with some items from makeup to food to formula and other products. It’s still in a convenient location only steps from the bus stop. They staff is really welcoming and efficient. Not a lot of room to sit and wait, but convenient to pick up just prescription.
