I've been going to this Family practice for years. If, it wasn't for Erica Colavolpe. I'd look for new Doctors to see.The front desk needs to go! Very rude unprofessional. The front desk treats you like it's their job rude non friendly. The had me running in circles. The refuse to see you if your a few minutes late minus my Doctor Erica Colavolpe. She leaves that office I look for a new primary care. That place is awful.

Stop forcing masks!!They say they value patients privacy but they yell out patients name, date of birth, address, and insurance information in the lobby for everyone to hear. Even though this information is confirmed over the phone each time you call to make an appointment.Scheduling an appointment is such a hassle. You can be on hold for an hour before someone answers the phone through their scheduling department.Some of the staff is not really friendly making for an uncomfortable visit each time.

Thoroughly disgusted. I have been a patient of Wallingford Family Practice for at least 20 years. I tried to get an appointment today because I’m having chest pain when I cough. I was told that because I have not been in the office since 2019- I guess they forgot we were in the midst of a pandemic- that I would now be considered a “new patient” and would not be able to get an appointment until December. I had Covid a few months ago and they were perfectly willing to take my insurance company’s money & set me up with an telehealth appointment. Yet now I am a “new patient” because I was smart enough and lucky to not have to go to the Drs office during the pandemic. I will be finding a new medical practice where I really will be a “new patient.” Shame on them.

They use a third party to answer phones & sch apts. it's horrible! And expect to be on hold for 15 minutes before actually speaking to someone just to schedule an apt. If you need to speak to a doctor or staff GOOD LUCK! My son kept on getting a bloody nose, the PA came in with a printout from Johnson & Whales.... They misdiagnosed my one and a half year old with an ear infection when she actually had covid. They also prescribed my daughter with the wrong dosage amount and I heard it happened to another infant patient as well. It's unfortunate because some of the docs are great, I really liked Dr. DeSousa and Kim Lahey.

Been a patient here for many years, and can not say enough good things about the quality of care recieved, no matter the Dr. or care provided. (I was frankly shocked when I noticed the recent rating number.)

K. Leahy is always super friendly and they took me when I had serious concerns about my health (very high blood pressure) and every other health facilities in the area wanted to see me after a month or so even the one I was already a patient for. So I’m very appreciative of that and thankful

Dr. DeSousa is the best doctor I’ve ever had. No exaggeration. Not sure why the reviews here are low. People are whining about the front desk. Who cares? Must be a bunch of Karens.

Front desk is veryyyy poor how online say open at 8am on a Monday morning and it’s about be 9 am and there phones aren’t on ???? Dr are very good front rep need extra hands or need to get on top of there game this is a DOCTORS OFFICE !
