The pharmacy is a joke. My boyfriend is currently on state insurance. He went to pick up meds and they gave this weird reason as to why his insurance couldn’t be used (something about another insurance on file. Come to find out it was his dental insurance which had nothing to do with his meds). We went to CVS and his insurance worked no problem

The kid with the glasses (forgot his name)at front register who also can be found at photo department is so rude. He never greets and never suggests anything else to be purchased and he never offers any help. Hopefully his manager can coach him to make him better to present himself more professional next time. Plus I visited the pharmacy and same thing happened there worst check out experience. People have no manners anymore I wonder why. But I believe that can be corrected if the manager takes his/her time to correct their associates’ behavior.

Worst pharmacy ever. Normal non narcotic prescription called in by dr 2 days prior. I show up, they see my id, spend 15 mins looking for someone’s else’s medication until I have to ask them to recheck everything. 1 pharmacist and 2 techs couldn’t figure this out? This place is going to get someone hurt.

Nearly every staff member of the pharmacy is excellent, and unlike many other Walgreens pharmacy locations, they not only answer their phone, but go out of their way to be helpful upon answering. Stephanie the pharmacist has helped me more times than I can remember.Sadly, I think it’s public knowledge that Walgreens pays their staff under market, and treats them poorly in general. It’s no coincidence that the stores and pharmacies are often severely understaffed and the phones go unanswered.Knowing the strain this puts on the staff that are present, I think that those who manage to do their jobs at all, let alone with good attitudes, should be praised.Walgreens, get your act together and pay your employees what they deserve. Until you do, you’re fully responsible for the repercussions.Thanks to the team at this location for your hard work.

Walgreens is a great store for everything I don't prefer their pharmacy though. But if u just need to get something in the store or get photos printed off ur phone then it's a really good store

This used to be a great neighborhood drug store but like everything else corporate ruined it. Hours of the store are great, pharmacy not so much. People in the pharmacy always look like they are miserable

Previously worked for them they are a great company but had to resign due to me being a full time employee upon hire but being systemized as a part time employee working 4hr weeks I cannot survive off of that at all paying 900$+ rent unfortunately the management needs a thorough cleaning and I have been in retail for over 12+ yrs so I can be in management easily I just try to climb the ladder just like everyone else and pursue management position, however I wasn’t made to feel very welcome and did contact corporate because I have a very lengthy resume I do not stay at a job I can not be happy at and provide great customer service one of my co workers also bumped into me rudely almost knocking things out of my hand leaving access to the registers too easily and I had to remind her that in fact we have to be careful about who’s around at all times because I also was a employee at that time so always be vigilant and stay humble and respectful store has great potential but I have been accepted into a new position which I am ecstatic about with a new company so wishing Walgreens well it was nice working there

The pharmacy is a joke. 0 stars. ABSOLUTELY awful. Unless you get 1 of 2 nice people at the counter. Last time I went to fill my script, they told me it would be ready in a few hours. Came back later, it wasn't ready. I was confused so I said something like "But you said to come back at 4"AND THEN this angry, very rude older lady, barked at me, and then told me that it wouldn't be there until a few days. A few DAYS.So I asked if she knew which day,and she very loudly and rudely snapped/yelled at me that she didn't know when, and wrote me off like I had just uttered the most taboo thing a human could say {I'm really soft spoken, and people have trouble hearing me)I need this medication daily. And I get snapped at for a mistake THEY made. For asking a question. I get having a bad day, but this is not the first time either. it's consistent.My boyfriend was on hold for an hour, got hung up on. Had to call again, was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time once again. They are extremely rude and short when they answer, except 2 very nice, competent people.They get the dates wrong on the bottles. How can you screw that up. That's a bit important, don't you think?Then they sit there and argue with you, make excuses. blame YOU for their mistake. Even if you have the date from the last bottle. They will argue with you, until you call the doctor/insurance.Just beyond unprofessional and awful.I've long since switched pharmacy's. NEVER again will I EVER, use this pharmacy. It's the worst experience I've ever had. All I am doing is picking up my medication.!@#$%^& awful customer service there. The rest of the store has really nice people working there, never have a problem with them.

Just poor. The pharmacy tech's are nice enough but there are to few of them. The "system" is not customer friendly in auto refills or new scripts. It does not order in system to insure the customer has what they need when they need it. This AM people walked out. Some had spouses in cars at the drive through to see what was quicker. Those waiting for vaccine were half hour or more beyond the appointment time. Sadly, this is a regular occurrence at this location.
