I love this store! Me and my son are always greeted with smiles and helpful hands! There’s a small coffee/hot chocolate/tea station where you can prepare coffee for self and get hot cocoa. I brought bread at this location which expired 3 days after I brought it and the manager had no issues with allowing me to get something else! THE SANDWICHES are AMAZINGLY fresh! And if you happen to shop around while your sandwich is being made the person at the deli will find you or have it ready at the cashier which is helpful when you’re a mama bear grabbing things and trying not to forget thing

11/4/23Since my nearby West Center Market closed a couple of months ago, I’ve made East Center Market my go to for most of my grocery shopping.They offer virtually the same meats and products that West Center did, and that’s a very good thing. But as was the case with West Center being a smaller grocery store with more limited shelf space, I still occasionally have to go to one of the big box store grocery chains to get some items. That’s just nature of this store.Overall, it rates four stars in my book.A great little locally owned grocery store!

This is a gem in an oasis of mediocrity, unhealthy food and poor to no customer service. In fact most grocery stores don’t have a desire to interact with people at all. Here is quite the opposite and is a very refreshing change. I would shop nowhere else . Establishments like this should be supported. Thank you

Stopped by ECM for a few things last night. Store was super clean all the way from the produce to the side room where all the bread is located. I couldn't find a couple things so I asked one of the cashiers who didn't know but was able to ask and find out exactly where my items were. Very friendly and really helpful! Went to the deli area for some grinders and ended up trying a couple salads. Great quality on everything and again, super clean. Great job ECM!

Used their home delivery service today and it was great, being home bound right now from surgery it fits with my scheduleHave shopped at Eastside Market since 1971 when I moved to Wallingford and will continue to do so. As always, it is the best place to shop for groceries. I won't buy my chicken or beef elsewhere, top quality. They keep the butcher shop and deli incredibly clean. They have the best staff, always friendly, courteous, helpful and will talk to a customer other than to ask what their order is. A nice, friendly neighborhood store where you would rather spend your money than at the big stores.

This is the perfect market to go to for errands or to pick something up. Everyone's so nice and it definitely has that community feel of a good market

I highly recommend this market. The meat/deli dept is beyond compare to any other market around. Pricing is very competitive and the quality can't be found in the larger supermarkets. The store made items I've tried have been excellent. The meatballs are the bomb!
