I am writing to address an incident involving an individual who claims to be a manager at your store. On Monday, at approximately 12:45, this individual handled a purchase transaction and, when asked for a bag, threw it at the customer with a disrespectful attitude. When questioned about her approach to customer service, she responded by stating that she was not a cashier but rather a manager. However, at the time, she was functioning in the capacity of a cashier.One would expect that a manager, in a position of authority, would set an example for her staff on providing excellent service. It appears that she may believe herself to be above engaging with customers or behaving in a friendly and courteous manner. Following this interaction, she proceeded upstairs, and despite requests made by the staff on the floor for a manager or the manager overseeing her, both she and the higher-ranking manager remained upstairs and did not respond.I sincerely hope that the corporate office will investigate this matter thoroughly. I urge you to review the video footage of the incident to gain a clear understanding of the substandard customer service displayed by this particular employee. I am confident that such behavior does not align with the customer service standards Walgreens aspires to uphold.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue.

Well, a little happier now that the stores hours are longer and they opened the pharmacy on Saturdays and Sundays again...WHAT PHARMACY IS NOT OPENED ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS??? Don't know why they can't figure out how to have all my scripts ready at once. Unfortunately, my medical health plan makes me use Walgreens, otherwise I wouldn't. Just horrible.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They never disappoint. Always consistently bad service!Don't bother trying to do curbside pick up. Their process is definitely broken. Maybe it would be more accurate to say they don't have a process! You will end up going in!

Horrible pharmacy. Prescription submitted more than 24 hours ago and not ready. Keep in mind this is a tube of topical pain relief and told it would be 20 - 30 min. When asked why - told they are closed over the weekend and are trying to get caught up. But today is Tuesday!! When your job is solely to fill prescriptions and you can't do that - you have failed. Taking business elsewhere. Just horrible.

10 minutes of automated run around followed by 10 more minutes on holdonly to be hung up on. These places are run so poorly and it is truly an embarrassment of an establishment

primary care physician called in prescription ,arrived 4 hours later told it was not ready. went back the next morning and again told not ready and to come back in an hour as they were understaffed. Returned i was given a box of predosed medicine with a label on it,all that needed to be done was take it off the shelf. As it turned out they failed to give all the prescriptions that were ordered by my doctor

I had the best experience withe the evening pharmacy staff here. They were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful.
