Tough to call in Quick Lane when you have to leave your car off in the morning and get it in the late afternoon. For an oil change? I have a car under warranty and went to Economy Oil Change and spent 90 bucks to get it done. They won't take appoints and it's first come first serve. Which is be there a 7am and wait all day. I won't buy another car there.

Poor customer service. Called them three times to book appointment.. only to keep getting told they are very busy. I told them I don’t need immediate appointment..I can wait day or even weeks.. they still couldn’t give appointment and told they can’t be sure if they could do next week cause they are VERY BUSY!! So decided to make them less busy and booked appointment to ford at Windsor location . They were very professional and book appointment in 2 mins. Please take your business somewhere else & help them manage their work load cause they are clearly struggling.

Decent guys. I always go in there. Get work done pretty much in time. They are straight forward in their speech and sometimes felt a little bit of sarcasm.

Went in thinking I was going to be there forever,Tony the Manager said it shouldn't be that long.Last place I went took over an hour for just oil change.Tony was very professional didn't push any extra services on me.He recommended things I might need down the road.Oil change and a brake job less the 2 hours.I am definitely coming back for all my services, They are thorough and professional, I will recommend them to everybody.

Best experience, Tony is informative and realistic with your time and vehicle. I live in Indiana now but whenever I'm in the area I stop in for an oil change and have it looked over.

I work for Corbett HVAC Services LLC and had an urgent case where my tech’s van was having brake issues. Kayla in the service department was able to quickly get me connected to Tony in quick lane to see if he could possibly squeeze us in. Not only did Tony get us in that day, but was able to complete the job very efficiently so my technician could have his van back and continue on his jobs that day. We appreciate that SO much!!!
