“This particular stores customer service was amazing . I was from out of town and had a faulty boot with me. I showed them the receipt, and how the boot wasn't that old. They pointed out how it was defective and replaced it for me. I'm very grateful for their staff and their knowledge.”

We find what we are looking for and thanks to the coupons you send me I can save some money. My boys are in the tall and plus sizes and we go to the Manchester store to buy all their clothes. Jackie the saleswoman was great helping me with Everything we was looking for . Both of my kids autism so she was very understanding. She great plus to the store. Thanks Jackie for all the help. “I went to kohls and I found what I was looking for Sometimes it's like you're walking in a maze...if you don't have results! Kohl's is a hit or miss! I don't shop there too much...like I used to! Prices went up sky-high!... after Sephora came into the Kohl's Manchesr CT store No associates on the floor to help you and the cash registers in the front were taken out.. moved to the back of the store and now there are looooooong lines sometimes Depends when you go to Kohl's! Kohl's need to come down on there prices $42 for a pack of men's Haines boxer underwear (5) It's cheaper if men didn't wear any! Crazy prices!!

“I CANNOT stress this enough without yelling it, they are so amazing, attentive and patient here. Beautiful array of suits and accessories here, my daughter's boyfriend was super indecisive lol and this is 2 weeks before prom on a super busy Sunday. They were wonderful and we walked out with suit scheduled for alterations, shirt, accessories and shoes. Thank goodness it was a one stop shop because men are more difficult to shop for than women!! Thank you!!”

All this store would need is some live animal or fish on display, and my day would have felt like a daycation.L.L. Bean is a first-class operation, and although pricey, you get well made high quality merchandise that last. I have a L.L. Bean winter jacket that is now 24 years old and is still as good as when brand new.If getting to the store is not possible, try their website. Another 5 star operation. “PLEASE READ REVIEW: The manager of this store, Deborah, SAVED MY WEDDING. She was empathetic, kind, attentive, and selfless. I went to men's Wearhouse for custom made suits. 2 months are the order was set up I was told at Men's Wearhouse that my custom suit order had run out of fabric and that I had no other options. 3 out of 8 groomsmen did not have suits. They offered no other options and told me to return the suits and "go in a different direction". The store manager at men's Wearhouse was so condescending she made me cry. I called Jos A. Bank in Glastonbury to see if they could help me. Deborah immediately got to work to find a solution. She invited me to the store and after seeing my fiancés custom suit she told me that not only does Jos. A. Bank have that exact suit available off the rack, but so did men's Wearhouse. The store manager at men's Wearhouse did not check their online inventory, but the store manager at Jos. A. Bank did for me (even though it wasn't even her store. The solution was so simple and she was able to help me get the groomsmen their suits. Afterwards she checked in with me and made sure everything was all set. She was helpful every step of the way. Please if you are wondering where to get a suit, GO TO JOS. A. BANK AND SEE DEBORAH. She is wonderful at her job.”

“I had forgotten about Eddie Bauer that is practically on our backyard. I went there recently and was so happy to find out that their women's clothes fit me better than some of the other major brands that I have frequented before. This will now become my first stop for any sporting goods types of clothes. I am short and overweight and I love the fit. I am happy the store is so close to us.”

“Let me start by saying thank you to Richard. After extensive shopping for 2 pairs of Jordans for my 16 year old daughter. I gave up on Massachusetts and went to Buckland Hills mall. First shoe store was Finish Line. Nothing but attitude from their employees. Really glad they didn't have what I needed. Proceeded to go to Foot Locker and Richard with a big smile ask how can I help. The customer service was phenomenal. Selection and availability was amazing. Store was clean and just about perfect. I want to say hands down best shoe buying experience to date. They had exactly what we needed. This man should be at corporate. Hats off to you good sir. My daughter had a million watt smile on the 45 minute ride back to Massachusetts. I will gladly drive 45 to see you again.”

“Very large Macy store broken up on two areas with 2 floors each. Nice quiet shopping in a very clean and neat store. Found this Toys r Us area downstairs. Hope it was a little larger, but it had a few nice toys there.”
“The five stars is for Austin who was so nice and helped us find clothes that my brother was comfortable and confident in for his prom! He was non judgmental, and extremely helpful in finding larger clothes, whereas the other employees either completely ignored us or gave us dirty looks.”
“It feels pretty on par with most department stores and Macy's. There are two in the mall which have different departments within them. For this one, the selection is pretty great and the staff have been fairly friendly and helpful.”
