Unqualified person doing taxes. Said I owed over $700.00 when I did not. They should use actual tax professionals for their business. Never on time and never correct. Terrible

Omg I am so glad I decided to come to Liberty Tax for the 2 year. Fatima and Monica are the greatest people I have met.. They definitely handled my taxes fast and easy. I definitely highly recommend them 2 ladies.. Not only did they make it simple for me to do my taxes, I also got a lot of other information for other things as well❤️

I had a 9am reservation and when I arrived the store was closed. I stayed until 9:30 and still no one showed up so I left. They wasted my time and I wouldn't trust them with my taxes.

this particular office does not pay attention to detail . They processed my mothers taxes for the year 2019 and used the wrong address. The social benefit statement form 1099 clearly states the address be careful
