Tre and Rob were the best. Tre started our journey moving to Verizon and Rob finished up. They worked together well and went the extra mile to get this done. Spectrum had a glitch in their system and my wife’s phone couldn’t be ported over to Verizon and I had to deal with Spectrum and their IT department that was Not a Customer Contact department and I feel that was a large part of the Glitch. Tre went above and be-on for us I was very impressed. He even helped after he was done with his shift. Rob took over and helped get my wife’s phone connected to the Verizon network and we were very pleased and stayed until the phones were working and verified they functioned properly and answered any of our questions we had before we left. Very Happy we are back as a Verizon customer again.

I was helped by Tre and I received the best offer for my phone!! He was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know and even gave me a paper quote so it was all written down for me. I was going to get my camera fixed and I walked out with a new phone and even an IPad!!! Cannot say more amazing things about Tre and this store!

I walked into the Trumbull, CT store with a phone that was a fire hazard due to an overheating battery. Tre welcomed me and he expressed great concern regarding this as a safety issue. We were able to upgrade my phone to a newer Google Pro and the experience was terrific. I would highly recommend visiting this store for any of your wireless needs.
