This is my second stay, and my third room at this hotel. My last stay the room was so dirty and worn out that we had to be moved. This time the room was passable but it's still a run-down, not well kept hotel. The curtains have spots on them, the room vents need to be cleaned and the sheets don't feel clean. When I find a better option I will not be returning.

As I stayed in this location for 3 weeks I switched rooms and floor a few times, and was very critical of what I expected, the hotel has many faults which I didn’t like, however I couldn’t have the courage to give them less than 5 stars when I compared value to service, professional employees who tried their best to accommodate guest and a beautiful property in a very convenient location. I shot some videos of bedsheets which are too old to be used as a door rag, an old carpet which is due to be replaced, I was planning to award them one star for that, then I looks at the overall experience and how hotel staff operates and hotel’s policies and recognized that they are not that bad. I will come again and recommend this location to all my friends and family.
Safety: It’s somewhat safe during the day I wouldn’t walk at night
Walkability: Walking to shopping locations around property
Noteworthy details: TV is loaded

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. Completely overpriced— we paid over $300 per night when it was not nearly worth that, but had to suck it up out of necessity. Shower and sink in our room didn’t drain— our last day we were there the tub took 10 hours to fully drain. There was also a sizable amount of black mold in the bathroom. The worst part of the experience was the staff. Never have we felt more rushed at a hotel, between housekeeping and waitstaff. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on our door starting at 8:30am, waking us up and ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign hanging. They continued to come back and knock (this went on both days we were there), and when we asked them to come back a little later, the woman could not have looked more annoyed. We came back to the room later that night and they had not come back, our bed was unmade and the room had not been cleaned. We spoke to someone at the front desk about these issues, but doubtful they will be fixed for the next guests to stay in that room. Very disappointing, especially for a Marriott property

The hotel was quite large, and I had some difficulty locating my room. It could benefit from some renovation. However, the staff at the reception desk and the housekeepers were exceptionally courteous and helpful.
Rooms: The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with an ample supply of towels.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The grounds are well kept and the location was ideal for us. Several stores and restaurants near by. We were quite happy with our stay.

Stayed here for one night September 2024. It is expensive ($478 for one night including $179 "tax and recovery fee".) and not even close to worth it. The rooms are desperately in need of renovation. Faux wood floor entryway in room looked clean but was grossly sticky - my shoes made a sucking sound with every step. (Note to staff: when you apply spray cleanser, you also have to rinse it off.) Ancient, stained maroon carpeting that was buckled down the center of the room, creating a minor tripping hazard. Old maroon sofa looked like it was from thrift store. Bathroom wallpaper peeling in three different places. Underside of toilet seat had big round yellow urine stain from many years of flushing. Dirty grout between floor tiles. Rusty crud around bottom of bathroom door jamb. And this was the upgraded room given to me because I'm a Bonvoy member. Breakfast room had same yucky sticky floor. Mediocre buffet breakfast. Staff was nice and hotel is close to Merritt Pkwy, but not walkable to anything. Avoid this dump - you're way better off at a Hampton Inn for a lot less money.

From the moment we arrived, Daiwon made checking in a miserable experience. You can tell that Buddy hates working here with his belittling and unfriendly demeanor. He’s probably the last guy you would ever want greeting guests. Be better,

Great location. Room was a bit dingy and the toilet didn't work. Had to call twice to get it to flush. Service was great in the hotel and restaurant.

Clean and good amount of house keeping. Very friendly staffs. My only concert is the elevators. Are they underconstruction? Because there is some space inbetween the elevator and the building and it was kind a scary to see the inbetween. But everything else is great!
