Does not do good service/inspections and will be unwilling to help new time consumers and the management here that is willing to cause escalation is astronomical!! They don't want to help! Bottom line, unreliable and only looking for a quick buck, take you business elsewhere than gangrenous Subaru of Torrington!!!

I don't even own a Subaru but, when my undercarriage detached and was dragging under my car, they were the closest shop to me. I'm glad that I took the chance. The service staff were polite and friendly and were able to MacGyver up a repair in no time. Great customer service!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Unfortunately, my dad passed away, and I had to turn in his lease early (very early). No hassle, thank you center subaru. The last thing people need, is a hassle at this time. Always great service, good people!

I recently took my '03 Legacy Wagon to Center for a check engine light, which I knew would need to be addressed before I could pass emissions. I was worried that the repairs might be expensive or take a long time, but was pleased that I'd at least have a loaner car for as long as I needed. I was pleasantly surprised when the service department called me that same morning to tell me that it would only cost a couple hundred dollars (evap system repair) and that my car would be ready for pickup that same afternoon. A few days later, my car has passed emissions and I'm ready for another New England winter. Great service is why we've bought three Outbacks from Center, and why the repairs I can't do myself get done there.

Re: CENTER SUBARU ( 45 Winsted Rd, Torrington, Ct), Bought a Subaru Forester this August, 2019 because our car was stolen this past winter. This is the first Subaru car purchased and am very happy with the way it drives. The inside design of the car was very thought out. I would recommend buying this car. Re: Customer service, The sales person ( Jessie Robayo) was so patience with selling us the car. We had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all our questions. She showed us the difference between the Forester and the Outback and we tested drive both cars. We selected the Forester because it is shorter in length and suited our needs. The Sales Manager (Joseph Cabrera) was very personable and inquired if we had any other questions we had towards the purchase of this model car. The delivery person ( Marian Hilpert) was extremely helpful and patience in explaining the inside and how to operate the Forester. Re: Sales office / Refreshments Love the coffee, cookies and little cakes while we went over the details over the purchase of our car. Bottomline: This was a smooth transaction and we (my husband) would recommend dealing with Center Subaru. Joy
