There’s a reason that when something unfortunate happens people say, “At least you have your health.” But how do you get or keep your health? The same way you get good relationships, financial freedom or anything else that’s important to you. You put into it.MissFits Bootcamp is not just a gym but a culture. A culture of a mindful life, healthy food choices, camaraderie with like minded others and a damn good workout! I call it an obstacle course for adults; it’s one I literally never get sick of since it change daily. It’s “over” so fast I don’t have time to notice. It’s the kind of workout that somehow gets to all the tiny muscles you didn't know you had and I didn’t have to learn one thing in order to achieve it.I walked in over 5 years ago not knowing what to expect and came out with more than I could have imagined. The works outs make you feel strong and confident at any age. I love being able to continue vigorous landscaping into my 50’s and wear my favorite kinds of clothes instead of worrying about hiding my body.With the benefits I have seen quickly having attended only 2 or 3 times a week, I see no reason not to continue to make it part of my life just as many other ladies have. Besides, I made too many friends and we are having too much fun to consider anything else!

Bootcamp is an amazing place, where you can meet so many people who have similar interests. The workouts are always fun, and Ed is a helpful, kind and hilarious instructor! I would never go anywhere else!

Amazing program, extremely effective and fun. --Even better community & members. :) Ed is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the fitness space most of his life... it especially shows in the workouts he crafts for his client base and care.

Missfits Bootcamp is AMAZING! If you want results, gain lasting and supporting relationships, and have the BEST trainer, this is the gym! It isn't your typical gym, Ed isn't your typical coach/trainer, and these women are not your typical women. We all genuinely support and care for one another. Ed is a GENIUS and has helped hundreds of women shed pounds and tone out (including me). I have been a part of Missfits for 11 or 12 years and I can testify there is nowhere like it! They offer free passes and specials for new members, so check it out! Worth every penny and gained so much here that money ultimately cannot buy.

I highly recommend MissFits Boot Camp! I have had a gym membership for years, Only ever going once. My friend was telling me about how she joined MissFits, How she loves it & Well she looks absolutely AMAZING! So I decided to give it a shot, Two sessions in and I feel better mentally, I feel the burn in every part of my body! Ed is a wonderful instructor & He keeps you motivated and on track, And has the best playlist. If you are thinking about it….DO IT?☺️

I love love LOVE bootcamp!!! I am someone who works evenings and I HATE getting up early- but I still manage to get there in the morning (that’s how much I LOVE it)! Ed takes all of the guesswork out of planning workouts. All of the equipment and support you need is there. Only 45 minutes and I burn over 450 calories every time! The routines change so my body doesn’t ever get used to the workouts. There’s different times that you can go in the morning and afternoon/evening

There's different times that you can go in the morning and afternoon/evening so it works very well with my schedule if I have a day off and would prefer to sleep in. I used to feel very insecure and didn't want to workout in front of other people, but since I've started bootcamp I am a lot more comfortable. All of the other women who go there are very welcoming and helpful. I never feel judged when I'm there. As someone who used to dread going to the gym and not even get much done while I was there- I am happy to say I found something that works the best for me!

Great workouts with a great group of people. Super motivating! If you're looking for a workout to fit into a busy schedule, then this is the place for you. 400-500 calories burned, 45 minutes in and out. All ages, all shapes and sizes.

I love MissFits Boot Camp! I have become stronger, fitter and more confident in such a short period of time! I have tried many gyms/workouts over the years; I feel as though this gym/workout has the best combination: challenging, fun and stimulating. No daily workout is the same. And, an added bonus....the ladies who workout here (and Ed) are AWESOME. There is a sense of belonging at this gym. I am a part of a great group of people while getting stronger!
