I had to yell in the middle of the wood department for someone to assist. Furthermore, they bundled $10,000 worth of cabinets that I had ordered do limited business with Lowe's they suck.

Hey guys, don’t work or shop with this store. Their new district team, especially the asset protection is terrible. Roxanne is probably the worst district manager i’ve ever seen. If you are a large shopper, i’m talking spending hundreds of thousands, you’re the first accused of theft when they have a bad inventory or are missing items. associates have no idea how to do their job so customers and the few good associates are the one who take blame when something goes bad… The managers and district team can’t take the blame so they pass it onto supervisors and top customers. SPEND 1 million dollars and still get accused of stealing 250,000 more. Their customer service is awful as well as their associate retention. lost 4 supervisors, their store manager, and two amazing specialists all within a couple months… HMMMM i wonder why

Don’t bother calling them because no one ever answers the phone in any dept or customer service. They have more employees than customers but all are brain dead from the COVID vaccine and masks they wear. Doomed company makes Home Depot look good

As a 35 year experienced contractor incan say Terrible costumer service I order materials for a fence to have delivered to a job site and waited 2 weeks to just have My ordered canceled due to lack of a working truck then employees kept forgetting to load my order I went to have a talk to someone and try to do small loads a time with my pickup and manager left me waiting 45 min at the pro service desk then at the costume4 service explain what was happening since they left me with no help at the pro desk finally got a manager on the phone to over hear him say "WHAT DOES HE WANTS ME TO DO?" very disappointed on the lack of good service maybe if I was at lowes I usually go but never again.

Impossible to get a customer service rep over the phone. Automated system sends you to the most random nonsensical sections. Currently working n 7 minutes without speaking to anyone.

First negative experience ever here: Checking out with a Craftsman plastic keeper and the elderly employee at the self checkout took it upon himself to grab the keeper, roughly snap it open, and demand to look inside. In the day and age of COVID do NOT touch my stuff! Not only did I oblige, I held the bucket up, twirled it, and turned it to illustrate it was full of air. After checking out I then showed him my receipt and held up, one at a time show-and-tell style, each item I purchased (the keeper, a box of deck screws, and paper filtration masks). I then wished him the type of day he deserved. I won't shop here again except for curbside pickup as I have nothing but good things to say about that.

Purchased a GE Profile washing machine! The salesman was pushy and rude in a hurry and no help! Plus the fact the machine that he pushed us to buy is no good! Many issues! Do not buy washers from Lowes!
