Lost my package, when I went in I didn't realize only one of my packages got scanned and the other didn't on my tracking receipt. Both of the packages were going to the same place but I only got a refund for one of them which is the one they scanned. Not sure what happened with the other one.

Was pretty good until recently. They have since hired some incompetent workers. You'll see what I mean if you go in the near future. 11/1/2023
