The parking lot on weekends is a staging area for the quads and dirt bikes before their rides through towns. Continuous racing and stunts down long straightaways. Avoid the area.

I live in a 16 unit condo complex. My box was left at the very first unit near the entrance of the parking lot (intentionally, of course). My unit has a canopy but the first units do not, so my package was left out in the rain. I had to walk in the rain and pick up my box that turned to mush.

Haven't been to this place but apparently my package is coming through this facility for 2 days now the drivers and the agents I spoke with are incompetent if there are specific details for delivery given that are really simple actually (main house side door) you would think I'd have my package by now but no now it's supposed to be delivered Christmas Eve and it's the last present I'm expecting this happens every time I've had a delivery with them I have no issues with Amazon UPS or the regular postal service

very unprofessional. needs supervision The driver for my neighborhood rides with a radio blasting. never post tags and always a p/u situation. But I told the vendors, if they use FedEx, count me out!!!

This facility consistently delivers packages to the wrong house. Drivers do not pay attention to the address numbers on the neighboring houses resulting in delays of delivery. Other delivery companies such as UPS, USPS or Amazon do not seem to have this problem. Can only assume that FedEx drivers are lazy or poorly trained. Would avoid using FedEx if you have alternatives.

Literally just watched your driver drive up in a Penske truck, never get out, and then get an email saying they attempted delivery, and I was not available. ?

Needed a package urgently. Package was scanned confirming it was delivered while it was in fact still on the truck. They never took the package off the truck and I never received it. This happens to me at least 3-4 times a year and FedEx never takes responsibility for these situations or the problems it causes. We are the ones that end up paying for their screw ups.
