Went to send off a document fedex on-site representative was blunt to brink of being rude. I left. That is one place I will not return.

Not happy with the service I was given fedex has contradictory information on the website it says one thing the employees in the terminal say another I don't know what to believe I just want my package back

Excellent cystomer service with a smile every time. And they deliver as promised and sometimes a day early. Worth it to ensure your packages make it to their destination

Poor service lost my package that was over 30 pounds (Car Seat for a truck), and I called eight times and was told I was going to get a callback, and it never happened called back again, and I still have no answer to the package is or even if I could pick it up and was told no, so unprofessional
