Store “opens” at 10. I was the second person there at 10:01. Didn’t talk with a single person until 1015 and that was simply to get onto a list. I finally talked to Daniel from 10:30 to 10:45. To be fair to Daniel he may not have been fully awake as I had to repeat things. After four visits to this store between my ex and myself, they finally tell me they “don’t handle transfers”? Why do you have a store?

Leo the assistant manager has obviously not been rd trained is how to resolve issues as he brushes off even minor issues and puts it back in the customer's lap. This afternoon I was in the store ( which was very crowded) and when I asked Leo for help in accessing my account, his answer was for me to call customer service. Today is Saturday and Being that customer service is only open m-f, I left the store as I had to wait until mon for help. Asst mgr Leo should either be replaced or schooled in customer resolution and customer service

3 years with Verizon paying $17.00 of insurance every month , my phone stopped charging was suppose to get a new one which I payed $100.00 for a replacement & I never got the device after calling Verizon , asurion,ups about my device it always said on the way and never got delivered for 7 days straight going back and forth never got the device , I basically payed insurance for 3 years for them not to solve anything & then after asking for a refund they had the audacity to say they can only refund me $50.00 I told them to keep the phone that never got delivered & I payed my bill and left that company!! T-Mobile here I come !!

Please do not waste your time visiting that placeZero-knowledge!!Zero-manner!!Zero-customer services experience!! all they do is just ask one another how to fix the problem. and even the branch manager does,nt know how to fix any issue.I went there to buy a prepaid eSim and it took like 2 hours! the behavior was very rude. I will hate verizon for the rest of my life.please do not go there !!!

I Always get great service at this location. Joao was excellent and explained all the new features and tech associated with the new phone. Was able to transfer my data and get me out the door in an hour.

Never visit this store !!I visited this store more than 2 times in the last 6 months and believe me the staff do not respect their customers and they are not capable of doing their jobs !! They couldn't even solve an issue with my eSIM.They do not explain about the products or benefits we can get from those products.After experiencing this king of irresponsibility and lack of respect from the staff of this store at High Ridge Road Stamford CT , I had even thought to move to AT&T. Never visit this store !!Very bad service from Verizon !!

They closed the store 1 hour before the listed closed time online (Google and Verizon) so I could not pick up the phone I paid for. I then had to wait 6 days because I commute and cannot make their random and unlisted hours

I tried to go there the other day and the store was closed at 4:30p because, get this, STAFFING SHORTAGE!! The store was to be open until 7p. I wanted help because all of sudden I am in a DEAD ZONE!!! What the what!!! This is the New York metro area not in the Montana mountains. So, when I got home I called the 800 help line and was on the phone for an hour. They could find anything wrong with my account. Get this, after I told the rep I do not have internet, she wanted to confirm it was me calling by text. Oh well, I am waiting for a call back. See what happens!!! Fix the cell phone tower!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The store associated were just spewing absolute nonsense and just wasting my time and money. They messed and couldn’t activate my sim and instead of being straightforward about it, they told me to buy a new sim.they also said they couldn’t access my account to make a note about it. When I contacted customer service they fixed the issue in 15 minutes and said there was no need of a second sim and you don’t need access to the account to make a note, just a sick marketing tactic.
