This review is for the USPS overall customer service! How does one give a negative zero rating. The audacity of USPS to lose my package since July 11 2021 they never followed up, I kept calling and was told it's my loss because it wasn't shipped with insurance! This package was being delivered to my P.O BOX in their facility & they still messed up! Their customer service is beyond disgusting & inhumane. It's as if they're trained to be robots regurgitating a script! No empathy, no life, no nothing! I'll be moving my P.O BOX elsewhere!

All I can say is rude staff. Went to pick up a package that was there and he didn’t want to be bothered to look for it and gave me an excuse it was at the distribution center. Cmon if you don’t want to do your job quit and let someone else that wants to work do it.

Staff here helped me out big time today. I mailed a package of returned items and an hour later my wife realized she packed her orthotics in one of the boxes. I raced back and the staff here dug up the box and and I was able to get the orthotics back. Would have been a disaster otherwise. Thank you!

Frank is the Best ! Always a Pleasant experience when dealing with him and the others there. I sell a lot of items on eBay and the Mail Carriers always pick up my out going packages without any Problems ! Good Job USPS !!!

One package, it was returned to the sender for no reason. They said I can't get it or have a refund, so I just lost $50 to a place who thinks an address and a telephone number is a decoration. And another package was forwarded for a no reason, I had to wait 50minutes for an usps to answer my phone, and wait 2-3 business days to know the problem and still don't know why it was forwarded. It was USPS first class mail which has nothing first class about it. I literally wanted to move out of Stamford just because of the post office.

If I could give this review negative stars I would. I'll start by saying that I do not write reviews often but I feel terrible for anyone who needs assistance and ends up going here. If you have to go here, don't. If you call and they hang up, expect it. If you buzz and no one answers, well that's just another Thursday for ya! You'll have more fun and luck hitting yourself in the head with a mailbox. I am a happy go lucky girl who was met on sight with a female grumpy rude unhelpful "supervisor" I was confused and had questions to which she replied YOU'RE CONFUSING ME! And then said it was not her problem.... I continued to try to ask follow questions to which she continued to cut me off by saying you'll have to contact the agency But miss..? You'll have to contact them! I don't know why anyone would work in customer service if they're so sour about life. Do yourself a favor and give yourself 59 paper cuts instead of going to this place.

The employees seem friendly and like they genuinely wanted to help, but the place is disorganized and shabby. The hours posted online were wrong. I called, verified the address and said I was coming, and arrived to a sign on the door that they had changed hours and wouldn't open for another hour. I was confused as to why the person I talked to on the phone hadn't mentioned this.

Several times I have called this location requesting to have my package held at this location. They claim you are all set. When you arrive to pick up your package, they say it's on the truck. They cause people to waste their time and gas. Also many times my mail is missing because they place your mail in the wrong mailbox. Them being unionized with good pay and benefits, you would think they would have good workers. Not so. This location absolutely sucks!

Absolutely awful service. My current mail carrier is the worst I've had in 20 years living in the waterside. Mail has been delivered no earlier than 5:30-6:00pm. I go to call the listed customer service number to complain and the number is conveniently not in service. Step up your service USPS Barry Place
