Building rapidly declining. My apartment is currently water logged and smells awful because neighbors flooded their kitchen. Management refused to come out of her office (as always) and then advised me to call the police if I have an emergency. They literally refuse to do anything here you have to fight for simple and basic fixed and they make you feel badly for fighting for them

Despite everything negative in this complex I must say the maintenance guy Tim is really always super helpful and actually gets the jobs done in a timely manner.

This review is for the leasing manager Samuel. I do want to say that Samuel is a great guy who was very upfront about the price and gave a good tour of the residence. I know from the bottom of his heart that Samuel means well. I will give him 4 stars for that.
The things that Samuel can improve on is being more open and honest about the pest control situation. During my tour, we asked him about mice which he said wouldn’t show up. I haven’t see any, but plenty of my neighbors have. The thing that he didn’t mention are the cockroach traps within the apartment and the infestation of cockroaches. He also showed us the laundry machines on our floor as if they were working. They have not been working since i moved in.

If I could give less than one star, I would! This place is terrible. They overcharged me for things I didn't ask for when I was only trying to apply for the apartment. Answered one of my seven emails, and sent me a check with insufficient funds after two months of me begging for my refund. Don't bother dealing with the headache of trying to communicate with them. Living there must be a nightmare.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!This place is filthy! Washer and dryers are always broken or disgusting. People go to the laundry-mat on Bedford. In a matter of a year, our dishwasher has broken 3 times and they take months to answer your work order. People throw their trash into the hallways and it smells. The agents lie and tell you the bowling alley is open even when the leasing office is closed. The bowling alley and all other amenities are only open Mon-fri 9-5. We are moving out as soon as our lease is done. The turnover is also insane. We’ve had 3 neighbors in 1 year. Don’t waste your time. I’ve also heard they don’t give your deposit back no matter what.

Do not move here!!!I moved here one year ago and couldn’t wait to leave this place. Its nasty. Not clean. Staff has no clue whats going on…If anything breaks, they will fix it by in the next month or two.Management team is horrible, zero clue whats going on.I’ve been a good teenent and always paying on time, never had an issue. However, my last month I paid on time but for my surprise they returned my money and charged me $250 for being late.I called emailed and even went to the office with the property menager right there and she refused to speak to me and she had a random guy speak to me.About my deposit… I can see from other reviews they don’t give it back. Another headache. I will go to court without an issue. All of what I’m saying I can proof.The place is falling apart. People are nasty and throw garbage on the floor, oh also they have pest control coming to the building very often because of rats and bugs. During the summer there are so many flies. It’s actually disgusting.The laundry you have to pay, and it smells horrible.When I first moved in, it took me 2 weeks to deep clean the place. It was like it had never been cleaned before. The pool is alright. Went once and never again. Kids are disrespectful and the parents just let them do whatever.Heater is crazy hot and we have no control over it, I have to open my balcony door to be able to sleep. And it makes horrible noises.Not a safe building at all!!!! The two side doors are always open and anyone can just get in. I had people try to break in my apartment and the property manager did absolutely nothing.Worse building to live. I would give it a zero if I could.Last but not least, they offered to renew my lease with an increase of $400. Jokes on you.Stay away from this dump.The 5 starts reviews are ALL fake, and the audacity to call this place luxurious is crazy ?

The Residences on Bedford has to be by far the worse place I have ever lived and I have lived in a New York project. This place is the slums and the managment woman Diana is unprofessional and rude. Packages constantly stolen form what is supposed to be a secured mail room garage constantly floods with ankle deep rancid water but they charge 125 per month someone just moved in a month ago and their toilet and shower exploded. The stairways are filthy and someone is constantly smoking and drinking in them. The garbage is equally disgusting in the back of the building and the parking spaces above ground are so small you have to hit someone's car with your door to get out no matter what. And that's only a few things.

Absolutely awful building, do not move here!! I’ve lived here for a few years but the past 2 have forced me to leave. 1 working elevator for a large apartment building, half sized parking spaces, constant heat and hot water disruptions and the leasing office says they have no control over the maintenance. But the worst part is the cleanliness!! The management saves money by not cleaning the lobby or stairway and it shows. You put in a maintenance request and they mark it off as completed without ever doing any work whatsoever. The trash chute is routinely stuffed and forces residents to leave bags of trash in the hallway. Move somewhere else!!!

Horrible place to live. The management is disgusting. I moved into an apartment with a fridge that had multiple dents in it. A dishwasher that was not secured in its place a shower that shrieks the whole time it is on. A garage door that was just fixed a parking lot that floods with angel deep rancid water. The stairs that lead to the downstairs garage also floods. People constantly smoking and drinking in the stairwells which are equally disgusting and dirty. Package room is raided by a thief everyday it has cameras but are obviously just for show. Parking spaces are so small you can not get out of your car the amenties are only open when and if managment are here you cannot access them anytime as promised when you are a shown the grounds. That's just to name a few things. Oh I have only been here for a few months this place is by far one of the worst.

Going thru these review and Honestly I Cant believe people are Giving them 5 stars. i believe they create fake account abd give themself these rating. Please people do Not move here. I will be something you will regret. The building is Filthy the garbage touches the ceiling. There is Mice and Rats that goes thru the heating compartments. You cant Even order a package because they will steal it. You ask for Maintnace and they close your order marking it as Done. I have more than a year requesting my microwave to be fixed and nothing. I spent 2 months brushing our teeth in the bathtub because the sink was not working and nobody went to fix it, when we moved in they gave me a bathtub that had mold on in and they didnt want to change it because i didnt qualify for a new tub like WHAT.. until recent they changed it. They picture this building like the best thing ever and then boom you are hit with all the negative once you sign your lease. Dont let them fool you. There are better places out there for the same price.
