The only reaoson way i dont give it 5 stars is bc we had a tecnical issue that didnt allow me to track the boxes, I was going crazy but CINDY very patiently, professional and kind keep me informed off all details during the transportacion of my maritime shipping, everything arrived in perfect conditions and within the time i was told. I will use this company again if i need to. Highly recomended.

ALERT!! I am not a person to give reviews but this is the second time in a row that they have withheld my box and asked me for more money to deliver it, the first time they even called to extort the recipient asking for more than 1000 dollars for the delivery of it, and now This second one, I made a shipment of less than 100 dollars and they are asking me for an additional 150 dollars for supposed customs adjustments, searching on the internet and asking acquaintances it turns out that I am not the first and I will definitely not be the last because apparently it is a recurring practice of this company. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT IN THE PAST I HAD MADE SHIPMENTS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM UNTIL THE LAST 2 WITH THIS COMPANY.

ALERTA!! No soy persona de poner reviews pero esta es la segunda vez consecutiva que me retienen la caja y me piden mas dinero por entregarla, la primera vez incluso llamaron a extorsionar a el destinatario pidiendo mas de 1000 dolares por la entrega de esta misma, y ahora esta segunda, hice un envio de menos de 100 dolares y me estan pidiendo 150 dolares adicionales por supuestos re ajustes de aduanas, buscando en internet y preguntando a conocidos resulta ser q no soy el primero y definitivamente no sere el ultimo pues al parecer es una práctica recurrente de esta empresa. CABE RESALTAR QUE EN EL PASADO HABIA HECHO ENVIOS SIN NINGUN PROBLEMA HASTA ESTOS ULTIMOS 2 CON ESTA COMPAÑIA.

Very little professionalism from those who work serving. I went to send money and since the agency was about to close, they attended to me quickly and gave me the wrong receipt. I called and they didn't want to answer me because they had already closed. The next day I called and the person who answered hung up on me 3 times, supposedly because I was attacking her when I told her that it was their mistake and she didn't want to help me. I had to leave work to go to the agency to solve the problem since the money was for a family emergency. When I arrived, he barely spoke to me, corrected his mistake and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Every time I go to deposit money there is always someone complaining about something they did wrong.

Shipping in Colombia took longer to deliver, it took 5 days. I do not recommend shipping, it is the worst.

I loved the service that this office offered me after so much time using different offices in the area and having the same problems, I can say that I am very happy with the service. All my packages arrive on time and not only that. The excellent help with my money transfer and travel reservations was the best, but what I really liked was the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the office.
