This location of target has totally changed. Haven't been here in probably a year period not only is the parking even more annoying that it used to be with having to pay . Wake me up, you have to do it with your app. Which takes you another five minutes to get that in. Let's talk about shopping in the store. It feels very unsafe when you're in there. What happened to the store? Everything is locked up and I mean everything tylenol, anything you need to buy that you can get in any local store you have to get a employee to open With a key. I felt like I must have been shopping in . Not comfortable place to shop for sure

If you’re going to lock everything up at least have people readily available to unlock them. I sat in the men’s department for 15 minutes and had to ask 4 different people just to get a pair of socks…

I think today was the last time I will be using this particular Target store un Stamford, CT. It used to be such a nice place but today some staff members were just inexcusably rude when I tried to pick-up an online order. If you're that unhappy there, don't take it out on the customers or find a new job where you can be better.

The two ladies sitting at the desk on Sunday, 1/7 at 4:30 pm are the absolute representation of Target which usually demonstrates great customer service. The two ladies were very dismissive, would have rather chatted amongst each other and gossip rather than help customers. They had one job to do and they failed. In addition, the person who packed the online orders was just has terrible. They tossed spoiled fruit in the bags and did not make any suggestions for items that was out of stock. Target needs to train their employees better.

Its an ok store but the main issue is never enough registers open. Plenty of people in the aisles putting stuff on the shelves though. They will literally have 1 single person on a register and also handle issues at the self check out.

Good selection but long wait lines. Half of the self check out lines don’t work and only a few person check out registers.

Horrible customer service. I had an order pick up to retrieve and upon arrival the little girl working the pick up desk didn't even look up from her phone. Scanned my barcode with out looking or speaking even after I said hello twice. She went to the back, came out and handed me the wrong product. Never said one word to me until she realizes she handed me the wrong thing and said "oh". Handed me the correct product and that was it. I was like do I sign or anything and she said no and walked away horrible customer service.

The worst Target. Everything is locked up now which is fine, but no employees want to assist to open the doors for you. When I asked someone to help me, she literally looked at me, turned around and continued unpacking a box and didn’t even pretend to get someone else or assist in any way. I feel frustrated every time I leave this store. Will not return.

The store is always clean and organized well; plenty of good choices for products I need; easy to return and wide return window; nice staff … have not had negative experience so far , for many years shopping at Target , both in store and online.

I came here today 12/6/23 to CVS pharmacy in target. After that I went to Starbucks to get a cup of water and the barista already seemed like she had an attitude. I'm diabetic and I began to feel lightheaded, so I asked the barista if she could get a manager for me. I explained to her that I was not complaining about her, I wanted someone to walk me to my car which wasn't parked very far, but due to the way I was feeling, I just wanted someone to walk with me. If you know anything about diabetes, your sugar can go low or high in a matter of minutes. Then she went and got a target associate and began to speak amongst themselves within earshot of me, complaining about me asking for someone to walk to my car. The target associate whose name I couldn't get, said I'm not taking her nowhere, she can walk her damn self and the Starbucks barista said the same thing. A manager did show up eventually, I explained to him, and he stated that they were extremely busy and short staffed. I said is there anyway that you can walk me and h said we're short staffed. I asked for the name of the previous employee and he refused to give me her name, stated that he would speak to her. He ended up giving me a cart to lean on to walk to my car. Target and Starbucks, your attitudes were beyond horrible. The Starbucks employee was beyond rude and I did explain to her I'm complaining about you, I just don't feel good All of a sudden. She was upset and so was the target employee. I know the manager won't say a thing to her because he refused to give me her name. Absolutely horrible service. Please target and Starbucks, train your employees how to deal with people. Diabetes is a weird type of disease, you can be feeling fine now, and in minutes you feel like you want to pass out.

I had a difficult time trying to find bar code needed to get 10% off on target gift cards. The store should make it a lot easier for customers by not having to use a bar code and just get the discount at the register.

When I make a pick up order I don’t plan to go into the store because I was brought the wrong item. Lania brought me the wrong item and told me I had to go into the store and exchange it. She wouldn’t give her name and told me there’s no manager in the store. I had to go inside the store and the manager was very dismissive and unhelpful. I wasted an hour on what should have taken 5 minutes. I hate this target. Lania can go to hell.

The fact that almost all items in the drugstore area are locked behind cases is super frustrating. I run in for a few quick items ans it takes me an hour just to get them because I'm searching the store for an employee who can actually help. The ringers at the cases wither don't work or the employees ignore them! Super frustrating I'd rather just run to CVS next time.

After the pandemic they raised their prices 20-40% higher than other Target locations in the area. Pretty severe price gouging. Go elsewhere unless you like being scammed
