The first time I moved there in 2017 it’s been hell when Nivea and her crew was there , no compassion what so ever . Fast forward it has been a high turn over on property management and maintenance. The apartments are run down and needs renovations , downstairs is extremely cold during winter months , which brings the coat of electricity up, I am most grateful Eversource has the program that come out and show you how to keep heat in. Finally I recently moved out , I only received 15% of my security deposit back due to so called “damages” to the apartment. Theory vendor charged me $600 for painting a bedroom gray which is unreasonable!! I don’t mind paying but $600?? When it cost only 1,000 dollars to paint the entire 777 square foot . I am appealing that decision it’s been over a month that I’m waiting for the receipts.it’s just poorly managed . Overall 7 years ago it was better than today.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Karina is very dismissive and ignores multiple emails regarding issues with unreasonable and unfair charges. Maintenance marked all my work orders as complete when they never finished the work, and when you call the office to report it, maintenance still never returns. If it is your first time renting, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Neighbors are cool, but if you're the one paying the bills, don't put the unnecessary stress on yourself by trusting these inexperienced and dysfunctional people. The lady called the police on my mother and called her names. I am so disappointed that my first apartment experience was so tragic, I pray they do better.

Worst company to work for. Karina has a nasty attitude to her coworkers and tenants. I don't know how corporate hasn't gotten rid of her. And Lisa is just as bad. They have no compassion for people. I've heard them express themselves very badly about people's personal life and situations. I would give it a -0 but I had to put a star in order to post.

Y’all should just close at this point. There’s a reason why people leave after 2 months and trust me they’re not the issue. There’s only one common denominator and it’s you guys. Do better. Officially the worst office ever. Keep employees for more than 3 months maybe something would change…maybe. Very close to one star and it’s only cause people can’t leave zero star ✌?

I loved my home. I had a 2 bdrm, w/d, carpet and walk-in closet. Although I was happy there I had 3 issues;1. The management team change every year. If you didn’t go to the office often you could walk in there and not know any of the staff. Corporate never returns your calls.2. There was a mold smell in my place every time it rain during the months of May, June, July, August and September. They tried to find where it was coming from but they didn’t find it. So every year I experienced it. I wasn’t at ease because I worried my daughter and I would get sick from it. I will say maintenance always came to repair my home every time I called.Last thing is my neighbor would smoke weed by my HVAC which made the smell travel strong throughout my entire unit,I don’t smoke so that was a major problem. Other than that I was very happy there and hated to move because I knew it’d be hard to find all that I got there somewhere else at an affordable rate.I’ve heard some horror stories but I was glad I didn’t experience it. I will say when I moved there in 2019 the grounds were beautifully groomed but today you can clearly see it’s neglected. Rippowam Park Apartments is not the same as it used to be.

Rippowan apartments is poorly managed The staff never stays. There are always new people being hired and the current staff is not very helpful Corporate is a joke they never call u back when there is a serious issue that needs to be addressed no matter how many times you call and nothing gets fixed In a timely manner They are completely unorganized and honestly since I have moved here they have let this place go down the hill I would tell anybody think twice before moving here They do not care about the tenants and it shows

I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I really love it here it’s such a kid friendly area I have great neighbors and maintenance comes in asap whenever I put in a maintenance request. Office staff is also very friendly ( if you treat them with respect, you’ll be treated with respect also) I’m really happy here and hopefully my next renewal id love to up grade to a 3 bedroom apartment.

I moved here over 6 years ago and the place has gotten worse. The management never fixes anything, you put in a service request and no ever comes to fix anything. I can hear my neighbor snoring threw the walls. They used to have landscapers come and clean the area but now they barely come and the area looks dirty most of the time. It's literally freezing in the downstairs area in the winter because there is no insulation in the walls. The exercise room hasn't been updated since I moved here machines are broken and never been fixed. They won't paint they give you the run around and they are very condescending. Can't wait to move!

I recently applied for a unit At Rippowan Park Apartments, within 2 weeks I was approved!! Miriam is amazing!! She walked me through the entire process with ease! Her communication with me was awesome!Yesterday, I viewed my unit and I must say I am pleased!!!! All new appliances, floors, bathrooms were spotless!!Thank you Miriam for making my families experience smooth sailing!!!

***WARNING**********They are the worst to rent from. Not only are they understaffed but they have their tenants living under poor conditions. If you find yourself having an issue hoping that you can rely on maintenance. FORGET ABOUT IT! We have been dealing with leaks because of the rain and have been contacting them about getting it fixed. Months later, a rainy day actually, I have to now worry about about my bathroom leaking in to my kitchen. These conditions are extremely unsanitary and not a safe environment for the children or us. When I called the office or go to the office only thing they said they don’t have staff. Like what!!!!
