“Wow! These men move FAST!! I was quoted an arrival time of between 8-9am. They showed up right before 8:30 and loaded everything from my 3 bedroom (WITH basement) house. They took time to wrap and cover furniture and my belongings were fully loaded less than two hours later! It was incredible! Mario was great at communicating what I should expect prior to their arrival and how I could best prepare for a seamless move. He also called to follow-up after the move to ensure everything went smoothly. I had friends waiting with me at the new home. “These guys were pretty fantastic--we phoned them very last minute, they showed up and took care of everything, and were extremely POLITE and FRIENDLY the entire time. We stored university stuff over the summer, and then moved everything to Manhattan. They were extremely accommodating in moving things to multiple locations and waiting by as needed. The only drawback is the cash-only policy, which can be a bit tricky. But other than that, I highly recommend them.”
“After contacting Kaster for an estimate, the company quickly scheduled for us to receive a visit from Kevin Kaster, the owner of the business. Unlike the other companies we received estimates from, he took the time to carefully consider all of the pieces of the furniture in the home (including a couple of antique pieces we were especially concerned about). He gave us a capped estimate for the move that was spot on when moving day came. The crew was courteous, careful, and worked incredibly hard to move a couple of large pieces deftly up a flight of stairs without damaging a thing. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped, and they even repacked our televisions into their original product boxes for us to protect them.Moving is a stressful experience, but Kaster made things much easier for us. We had a short move and not too many pieces and they sent 3 movers to help speed up the process. Come to find out when we arrived at our new destination, the previous owner left a few very heavy items behind that needed to be junked.
