The lady who help me was nice but had little to no knowledge of vapes. I asked for vape juice with no salt nic was told all the juices they sell have salt in them and that it doesn’t matter the vape you can use it. Brought back the juice that I never opened to return because the coils I have on my vape are too hot to use salt nic. Was told I can’t return the juice and that they do have juices with out salt nic. Just wish if the woman didn’t know what she was talking about she would have said something instead of pretending like she did. Will not be back.

I bought a product that didn’t work and when I brought it back a few minutes later, I was rudely told that I “should’ve tried it before I walked out the doors.” No receipt was given and I was overcharged. Terrible.

My sincere apologies I made an awful mistake on my previous review. I mistakenly thought this was an entirely different smoke shop..You Guys are Awesome & I absolutely Love your Store. GREAT Variety of item's and you've now added cold beverages that's a HomeRun..????????

The gentleman Nick was very helpful, he advised me that the product i came in for wasn’t available because they just sold out- he continued to refer me to other shops in the area of where i’m heading that fo carry it and even called ahead of time to confirm for me!! my last experience here was very poor and i was hesitant to stop but figured i need my coils now so i’ll stop and i’m so happy i did!! thank you nick because of you i will be coming around more- on your shift of course ?
