We had a great experience today with the store associate A.J. He was incredibly helpful and informative.My husband and I are in the retail business and we won’t shop somewhere if we feel pushed or like we are being persuaded to spend more than we wanted to. We left with a great deal on what we hope will be a life changing (sleep changing at least) tempurPedic mattress. Highly recommend. Ask for AJ.

I have have been shopping here for years for my bedding needs… have always been satisfied… but the customer service provided by Rome tonight (1/21/23) was EXCELLENT… So great I decided on purchasing two beds instead of the one I initially went in to purchase… he was knowledgeable, professional, patient and genuinely kind. Great experience, and I highly recommend the store and request Rome to service your needs.
