I would return to this location for blood work any time based on my experience with Mary. She was extremely friendly, professional, fast, and courteous. This is the kind of care that should be mirrored my all health professionals.

Completely understaffed. Got there when opened at 7:30 am, took 2 people ahead of me that walked in after me. Still waiting over an hour… never again.

i have gone here every month for several years, but no more. The last time I went a trainee tried to take blood; I was told she knew what she was doing. Although I have very good veins she was unable to take blood from either arm. Today, i had a reservation but they were unable to find my standing order - a wasted visit. They are inefficient and it can take a week or more to get result, which is inexcusable. I've had enough, and am switching to Quest.

Staff is very nice but severely understaffed. Never a timely appointment. Website says walk ins welcome, But big sign appointments only. Not a good experience with any labcorp locations.

This is a review for the Stanford location. The woman who took my blood bruised me. She was authoritative and bossy. I am still bruised. I dont live in CT. But I had to go to this location for complicated reasons.I had an appointment and did not wait. The place was clean but the bathroom was kind of industrial. But the woman who took my blood caused someone to scream in pain. I thought I wont get her and I did.I have been getting my blood drawn for decades. She is one of the most unprofessional phlebotomists I have ever had. I had one in Brooklyn decades ago when I was young that was just as bad but she is the worst as an adult.I wish I got the person everyone gave good remarks to but I got this woman who was unprofessional with a power trip.If you get the spanish lady run.BTW I am part Cuban. I am the great granddaughter of a Cuban dictator. This is not a racial thing but I dont like being bruised and yelled at.

I had Celia draw my blood today and she is the only one who has been able to find my vein so carefully and easily, I always love my experience with her. She is very attentive and so sweet, I’m so grateful to have found her. She’s the reason I always go to Labcorp and always will.

I booked an appointment online at this location for a drug screen test requested by my new employer. I arrived on time, however, the technician without engaging me or making eye contact mumbled something while walking across the hallway. When I asked what she had said, she pointed at a sign at the door and said that drug test is over at 2:30pm (my appointment was at 2:45pm). I pleaded with her, explaining that I have the verification for my booking, and told her that I had to leave work early and coordinate a lot of things to make it there on time. She replied by pointing at the door again, and told me to call customer service. Her demeanor was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager, she went in the back of the lab calling someone, and I heard her whispering. I asked again to speak with the manager and she refused, I asked her credentials and name to file a report with the company and she refused. I told her that I am a nurse and she mocked me.I've had my share of experiences with people that get hired and do nothing to justify their pay, other than being rude, lazy, and unprofessional. This one was one of the worst. If you value customer service, bring your business elsewhere.

I had a perfect experience. Went here for a glucose test - signing in to my appointment was super easy - they took me immediately and the tech/nurse (Celia) paid close attention to the requisition, drew blood without bruising my arm and was super friendly. I would definitely go here again if necessary!

I have had my blood drawn in many hospital and labs, and no other lab has given me the attention, care and support I received from phlebotomists Celia A and Bela M at Labcorp on Summer St in Stamford. Celia is a masterful professional whose gentle hands and technique meant that I barely felt the needle. For someone with an extreme needle phobia causing me to pass out and get nauseous, they teamed up to distract and comfort me with ultimate care and understanding.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The staff there are very friendly. I went in for a pre employment drug test, and I was seen very quickly. Dr. S (not sure how to spell it) was very kind and made sure she knew how to pronounce my name. Whole office was filled with Leos lol!

Was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I am notoriously hard to draw, but the phlebotomist did a good job "encouraging" the vein, I had a quick and painless draw, and I was out of there less than 15 minutes after my appointment time.
