“I have been bringing my foreign and domestic cars to Joe and Mario D'Agostino's place for 30+ years and only have great things to say about them. As stated in another review Joe is extremely well-trained and skilled at diagnostics and auto repair. Although they are foremost BMW and Audi experts, they can easily handle any make/model. They love working on Italian cars, btw. Agree that they are a hidden gem for auto repair! They are very, very trustworthy; repair estimates and costs are always very fair, if not under the market. I love these guys and recommend them highly. We own 5 cars and they service all of them (Toyota, Honda (2), Fiat, Subaru...Volvo and Ford in the past). You will not be disappointed. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible!”

“I had work done on my Saab twice the past year and was happy with this shop.I normally do my own work but found myself in a position where I was unsure if I able to do it on my own. I went to two other shops prior to coming here and one refused to do work because I had my own parts (which were OEM parts), the other shop refused because "they don't do Saabs". This place took in my car and had it done within 24 hours. They were honest and charged reasonable prices. They were very kind, patient, and answered all questions. I'll be returning in the future.”

“Took my 2016 Ram 2500 in with bad water pump at 8:00 am and had it back by 2:30 pm I got a price from Norwalk Ram dealer because it may have been under partial warranty but with deductible and parts it was $ 20 less than Norwalk dealers price and with an OEM part. Was a mess and was returned to me with cleaned up engine compartment Running cooler than was previously. Very happy with the courteous and thorough job Thank you Frank & mechanic crew Had tires mounted and balanced previously with same value and service I'll always bring my truck to them with such great service Previous review from other " customer" seems suspect since I have never had a disrespectful experience with this shop They came highly recommended from 3 other truck owners and I haven't looked elsewhere since Great experience with this company!”

“Went to Bob after a more “well known” shop couldn’t diagnose my problem but suggested thousands of dollars in work anyway. Took my car to Bob the next day and he was able to not only diagnose my biggest concern, he did it quickly and kept me informed the whole time (including letting me know that it was under warranty from the dealer because of X number of miles - something I would’ve never known to even look into). He even went so far as to educate me about a recent unrelated recall on my car that I wasn’t aware of. Left with a much more manageable bill and happy to continue to give my service to Bob. Great guy!!”
