The amenities are good - gym, pool, etc - never had an issue with those. The maintenance team is very prompt when resolving issues. The overall building is in good condition, although I'll say the garage door breaks semi frequently. I've never had any issues with the two units I've lived in and they're good quality. The current leasing staff is friendly but disorganized, honestly you get that with any company managed building though. The building is in a great part of town, free street side parking for guests if visitor spots fill up and its a 10 minute walk to downtown. Overall a decent livable experience & I would recommend it.

I am disappointed that my amenities fee went up and the grills are not working, the gym is losing equipment and my AC just does not work great. I have it at 70 and it is 76 and my bill is 360.00 for this month. I am just frustrated with the owner of building as they are trying to band aid some things to appease folks. It’s not management, it’s the owner!!!

Arrive Apartments is a great community. Staff are very helpful and professional. Maintenance is very punctual and provides great services. The buildings are very clean and the environment is safe, secured, quiet and a place you can call home in peace. Neighbors are friendly and the community is pet friendly. I am thankful and grateful to be a part of the Arrive Apartments community and definitely recommend.

Convenient absolutely !!
Nothing Luxurious not sure why it’s considered luxury apartments
Garage door is always broken/open and we pay for parking
Maintenance hopefully you get some one that cares
Poor maintenance when it’s comes to hvac
system
Communication is poor
And honestly I feel uncomfortable using the amenities we pay for
anytime I have used them someone on the property felt the need to say something
I do appreciate the maintenance of the grounds but I will not renew my lease here
Management needs to work on basic communication skills and professionalism!!!

Great community to raise a small family , amenities are well maintained. Staff is friendly.maintenance crew are efficient. Common area are clean , near everything .

I moved into Arrive Stamford back in October and honestly I love it here. The building is amazing, very well maintained, and the staff are so friendly. I have never lived in a community where I am so comfortable going to the management office because Arben and Michael and the nicest guys. The maintenance team are great, very knowledgeable and super responsive. I think what I love most about it here is it’s such a comfortable atmosphere. The office throws events for the community and they are always such a fun time and you can see that the guys who manage the building really enjoy working with each other and I think that makes such a big difference. I hope to be here for a long time and I want to shout out Arben, Michael, Barley, Emilio and William. You guys are doing an amazing job!
