Very professional. They made sure I got everything done that was needed. Lots of forms, but that's what is required by regulators. Very pleasant to work with.

OMG - I'm about to leave my "old" bank and opened an account with Schwab Bank. I was naive and thought "Schwab" was a modern bank but the only way to pay bills is by writing checks - What a joke.
