“New employee so new review.
I had a situation with my wifes phone and
I was the lucky one to go to the store and resolve the issue.
Thats where I met Abigal for the first time.

I explained what was going on with the phone in question and while she was unable to give me the soulution I went in there looking for (out of her control) she kept working with me to find one. (Rare these days) she took her time to look up info that I needed and made a phone call to help out as well. While waiting for the solution she was quite friendly and we chatted for a bit.

We did find a soulution for my situation and she sat with me to make sure what I needed to do to resolve it was done correctly.

I left the store feeling refreshed that quality customer service can still be found here and there and it was found with my visit to Staffords own AT&T store.

Awesome job Abigal, i do hope that whomever is in charge of financials recognizes what you bring to the table and compensates you accordingly. Your knowledge of the product and your ability to meet the customers needs and in this case excell in that area will keep my family coming back. You really knocked my experience out of the park so thank you for that.”
