First time here and ordered an 8lb Prime Rib with bones cut and tied back. We cooked 10 min @ 450 then 350 for 2 hrs. Took it out and covered with foil for 30 min. My rub is stick of butter with garlic and other ingredients. The photos speak for themselves!

They always have great cuts of meat and plenty of it they also have great customer service as well. I suggest going on Friday because there completely restocked that day. Also if you hunt or have a farm with pigs and cows they will butcher it for you for a price and those prices are on a easy to understand chart as well.

Just recently picked up burgers for my family and i. Hands down the best burger I’ve had, so fresh and the cost in comparison to burgers from stop and shop is unbeatable. Thank you Johnny!

John was extremely friendly and helpful when helping me select some cuts of beef and marrow bones. The ribeye steak I bought was probably one of the most tender and juiciest cuts I've had as well, I'll be returning!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Went in to pick up a budaball ham which i was having a hard to find one.I was asked if I would like to try a piece of their store made kielbasa. It’s was one of the best I had.Will definitely be back.
