When an ATM at another bank accidentally stole my card, the amazing people at Liberty Bank were able to make me a new one with just minutes to spare as they were just about to close. I am so appreciative of them taking that time to help me so last minute!!!!

Terrible customer service, all around. Account has had fruad multiple times. Take hours of my time to dispute only to get denied. I have multiple accounts with other companies. Liberty Bank is the ONLY bank that has had fraudulent charges

Liberty Bank is my choice for banks.. Rob and his staff are just great.. they make banking easy! Whether you use the drive thru or the bank, it is a pleasurable experience.. the online portal is very easy to use and I use it for all my banking with my business.. need a loan? Talk to them.. Recently I stopped into Liberty Bank to open an account. From the moment you walk into the door you are greeted. The manager Rob and all his staff are very knowledgeable in the banking industry. I am now in the process of transferring all families accounts to Liberty.
