I try to make everything a one stop shop kind of deal. But I have to wait at a service desk to turn in bottle slips. Cause they can't be done at the register upon check out. Most of the time there's a long line at the service desk. Some people can't afford to waste their time for something simple that can be taking care of at another register. Not supporting customers on the smaller things makes it not worth my while to shop in your stores.

I experienced the worst cashier ever. I know how to use self checkout. I'm young and I've done it a million times, even at this store with the same exact items I always buy. the self checkout machine was malfunctioning badly. it would add items only 45 seconds after I scanned them, and some items were doubled while others wouldn't go in at all. the cashier tried fixing it and then it continued acting like that. I asked to start over on a different machine and she refused. she sent the glitched order to the front computer and started interrogating me about which items I "didn't scan" like she thought I was trying to steal. she made me stand there and try to figure out which items were missing from the glitched order. I begged her to just let me start over because it was all messed up and she still refused. the whole time she was rude to me, she tried to send me away to customer service, she was texting people on her personal cell phone, and at the end she condescendingly told me to use the normal checkout next time. I could not tell if she was intoxicated or just making the silly voice that adults make when they talk down to very small children.

Bjs always has great products they lose points because everytime I go theres a line and they never have enough cashiers.We pay for our membership and expect good quick service. They have a bunch of scan it yourself registers but we dont get paid to scan groceries please have more cashiers available otherwise when it's time to renew our membership we will go to Costco or Sams!!

My experience at this location has always been positive. I enjoy shopping at this location and couple weeks ago was no different. I stopped in for groceries and the tire shop, while I was at the tire shop it was very busy. Patrick (tire shop) was alone handling a long line of customers and trying to work on the cars in the shop. The customer service I received from him I haven't gotten that service in other places lately. He was more than willing to help me and paused working on other cars while he assisted me with adding air to my tires and lookup tires for my car.

Rhonda who works in the bakery department needs to be talked with. My sister in law n my self went to inquire about ordering a birthday cake with a picture on it and Ms Rhonda was completely rude to us. We asked for a assistance she flat out told us that she can’t help us nor answer any of our questions. Her demeanor was unpleasant and I’m sure not part of your core values. Due to this we had to take our business elsewhere and we were pretty pissed because BJs makes great cakes . Hopefully Rhonda learns from this and will try her best next time when it comes to helping “the” customer.
