the pro shop is solid, i have been getting my skates there for years. The rink and staff on the other hand is not great. The rink has looked the same for 15 plus years and is extremely old and nasty.

Bought a piece of hockey equipment. Went in person to pick up. Employees audibly criticized my purchase as they went to retrieve it, saying it was overreacting. That's a huge lack of customer service skill.

Absolutely awesome experience!!! The pro shop is top notch for both knowledge and personality. Got fitted,baked, and sharpened skates! Ian was instrumental in us completing our list of gear needed and I couldn't have imagined a better shopping venture! Inventory is vast and I can't wait to bring our lil man there when it's his turn to play hockey! Basically friendly, knowledgeable, and a lot to choose from! We'll be back for sure!

Old ice hockey arena....heard it was recently purchased. Can see some improvements they're making.....they should start with heat in the locker rooms and bleacher area....maybe a snack bar to get hot coffee or tea.... Can't wait to see how it turns out!

Thanks to a local and this place, I got my start playing hockey. It completely changed my life. Thanks to everyone here at the pro shop who helped me figure out what I needed & sold me a sweet pair of Reebok pumps!

The rink is under new ownership, so I have no idea what it is like now. I do know that the ice was one of the best. The rink itself need some serious help, but the ice was most important. The pro shop was top drawer. I never had any trouble get the proper help buying equipment.

These guys are great. Patient, always take the time to answer our questions, and they genuinely care about their customers. Ice is nice and hard, and yes the place is colder than Siberia. This is our barn and we love it.

My husband and I went to the open state during Valentine's Day weekend. It was very crowded! It was confusing to navigate as there were so many people in two lines without much organization. There is one line for skate rentals, which are free with a ticket, and one line for tickets. The rental line had a sign saying something like "tickets at next window" pointing to the left but then the tickets were across from the rentals. They also do not give you a number or a ticket to label your shoes that they keep while you use their ice skate rentals. So you have to describe your shoes and hope they find them quickly. Otherwise, the open skate while crowded was fun. I liked how they had crates for kids to use while they learn to skate. I would go back when it is a less popular time for skating.
