“Homeownership can be bittersweet when it comes to unexpected repairs and maintenance. The staff at Superior Energy are professional, trustworthy, accountable, and do not cut any corners . Herb, the electrician, installed two ceiling fans and is currently working on my track lighting. He is very meticulous and cerebral about his work and is a master at his craft. Tom repaired water damage in my ceiling as well as other minute wall damage in my home. He also assessed some water damage in my basement which may have saved me a lot of money. Both took the time to educate me about the work that was being done in my home. Behind every successful business there is a team that gets the scheduling done at the most convenient time for the customer. Latoya and Adam have been my point of contact and, in my opinion, are the nucleus of the business. Latoya is a gem and is always a pleasure to speak with. “It's probably one of the best car washes I have ever been to. The place really cleans your car good. I remember coming here in the past many years ago, and the car wash wasn't that good at its time. (Couple bad experiences) But I guess they have improved, and now its 10/10. They even cleaned my dirty rims up so well I was surprised because no other place could do it. I will be coming back here now.”

“Moved to Cheshire CT recently with my family. We required gas for our kitchen stove. Called Hocon, Karen was amazing and came out to visit our site, was a joy to interact with, explained the process, equipment, site requirements and lease vs own options. After consideration and calling many providers, we decided to go with Karen and Hocon. An appointment was made to install our tank and line. On the date of the appointment Phil, Cam and Alex showed up promptly at the beginning of their appointment window, escorted me around to go over the game plan for install and went to work. They worked with proficiency and cleanliness. In no time my tank was in place. On leaving we chatted casually in a manner that made me feel like family. Kudos to the entire staff at Hocon, we look forward to a long relationship.”
“A-1 Propane is community-oriented business that goes above and beyond to assist their customers. As the Assistant Director at Veterans Base Camp, I can personally attest to A-1's exemplary commitment to the residents of the state. VBC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization located in Chaplin dedicated to assisting veterans in need. During the December 2023 snow and ice storm, not only did we lose electricity but we ran out of propane for our emergency generator. Several veterans who live here depend on CPAP machines to assist in their breathing at night. Without power, this could be potentially a life or death situation. We reached out to the CT Department of Energy and and Protection for help and they recommended A-1. Not only did A-1 immediately respond with a delivery of propane but they stayed and assisted us bleed the lines and restart the generator. I would highly recommend A-1 Propane to Veterans and anyone else. As a Veteran my self, I say thank you, A-1 Propane!”
