Jennifer was very patient and thorough with me as she explained my medicare options. She had done her homework prior to our meeting and new which networks would be best for including my doctors. I would have been overwhelmed without her help. Thank you Jennifer!

It is unfortunate that I have to write this post, but I cannot recommend Crystal Financial Insurance Services. I worked with Jennifer, and she was very rude to me over e-mail, despite the issue being a mistake on THEIR part. I don't believe Jennifer understood the gravity of the inconvenience of being disenrolled from my health insurance and not being able to get my medicine and undergo my scans for someone who is suffering from stage 4 cancer. This resulted from a mistake their "guy" made. When you are going through what I am going through, mistakes cannot be afforded, and e-mails dripping in sass/attitude are unwelcome. Heed my advice.
