I originally ordered a new desk chair online for pickup at the Watertown location, but unfortunately they found it was damaged. I ordered again in West Simsbury, and found that in store they had the chair for $50 cheaper in-store than online. I mentioned that to associate Matt and he said he would handle it no problem! They reduced the price to the store price & I also mentioned I had a $15 online coupon that I used but it was fine because the in-store price was even cheaper than online with it. Matt mentioned it to the manager Mark and got approval to take another $15 off!! From being bummed out by the Watertown store to being happy I took the trip because of Matt & Mark! Thank you guys!!! I will be back!

This Staples at Simsbury/Avon CT is the model store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially the print center. Excellent!!!

The guy in the print department (I think cashier referred to him as “manager”) was ultra rude. Asked him if they do Amazon returns and he rudely pointed to the front door and says “see that big yellow sign” followed by a weird smirk. First of all, your “big” yellow sign is pinned to the floor and barely visible, second your amazon returns used to be in a different location a week ago, and third no need to be a jack axx to your customers. Get a job where you won’t deal with people if you’re so high strung.

Getting blue prints here used to be fast and efficient, not anymore, Staff is generally rude, inefficient and their biggest concern is charging an expedited fee if they print while you wait. The turnover in the print department is huge, most people they hire dont seem to know the printing job they are hired for. Store manager has done nothing about several calls I have made to make them aware of the issues in this Department... I have found another company that still cares has excellent service and knows their jobs.. I wont be coming back here

Would give negative stars if I could. Behind counter refused to print. Not the first time either. Looked in printer to see what the manual print paper was and stood up had manager standing very close over me. Was very rude and not helpful. Treated me as if I was intending to rob the place rather than a lady in business attire looking for a print job. The opposite of customer service. I’d rather use an entire toner cartridge at home than to take one step in that store again.

I've used this Staples twice now for printing for my business. I submitted my files online for pick-up in store. My quick prints I received were initially double-sided when I had ordered single-sided but it was corrected quickly & professionally. I returned to the store a second time with a business card order because I was on a time crunch and needed cards quickly and I am very happy with the quality & quantity of cards for the price. I've had a much better experience here than at other printing options in the Simsbury/Avon area.
