“We needed to buy a tractor, so I visited Tractor Supply in Simsbury, Connecticut, which is in our area.

The salesperson, Jacquelyn, was very friendly and offered to help me choose a tractor. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the advantages of the different models and helping me order the model I chose.

When I got home, realizing that the model I chose was too big for our garage, I called the store and asked to cancel my order. The store manager Jeff who answered my call immediately explained how to cancel my order and gave me a customer service number to call to cancel my order.

The customer service representative, Chalsey, not only processed my cancellation request very quickly, but also helped me get a full refund for the cancelled purchase.

Summarizing my impressions from communicating with different employees of different departments of Tractor Supply, I came to the conclusion that the company has a customer-oriented policy. Therefore, when I need to buy something that is there, I will first come to the company store.”

“The 30% ad I got in my email was misleading. If I used my Kohl's credit card before March 30th, I would receive 30% off my purchase. I only got 15% off. That was the reason my wife and I came to shop that day for the discount and sales.”

I called first thing in the morning and a lady by the name of Blu searched for the item for over ten minutes and this was before they had even opened the store! “I'm a bit of a Marshall's shopper in part because the experience is pretty uniform. This store is clean and many cashiers already working so the impending holiday season won't cause a headache of people waiting so long in line.”

“I've been going to the Marshalls & HomeGoods on Bishop's Corner for a long time, probably about 20 years. There's all kinds of things you can find here. Kitchen tools, towels and sheets, clothes for the whole family, shoes and purses. You can also find some random pieces of furniture, like an investment accent chair. There are two ways to enter this store, one is at the front, the other is at the rear where the Target is. There is plenty of parking at the back of the store. They also have cashiers at both entrances. This makes the wait to check out much faster. Granted, there are times when I'd walk out empty handed, because they didn't have what I'm looking for. New inventory is added to the the store multiple times a week. This is a great store for your home needs. Currently there's plenty of Halloween and Christmas decor.”

He even took the time and patience to sort and find the right size the right color and the fit at an amazing price. Omg I cannot express how happy I am and most appreciative of Elda customer service. “I enjoy shopping here especially in the clearance racks.They have really unique snacks and I'm always looking for funky flavored ones. On my most recent trip, I purchased the peach rings with tajin, mango chili taffy, fat free coffee flavoring, supplements, and home decor.I noticed that the aisles were really cramped especially walking through with a cart; it will not fit two carts so if there is another person in the aisle, there might be a cart accident lol.Cashiers has been pretty friendly so far. This is the closest HG to me so I'll be frequenting it.”

Store is cute, nice and clean. There is a petite section and regular size section. Also the location and surroundings couldn't be better!

“I like Burlington because their hours are: Monday-Thursday 9am-10pm Friday & Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm. Some of the other Burlington stores are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm and others are open Monday-Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-10pm Holyoke and Waterbury locations are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-9:30pm or 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 10am-8pm. One time Burlington store hours were Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm or 11am-6pm then another time Burlington stores hours were 9:30am-10pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm.”

“Marshall's is a discount retail chain; they purchase overstock/out of season items from manufacturers and sell it for a lower price. There are 1236 stores in the US and Canada.

I'm a fan of this Marshall's; it's big, clean, and organized. It is very similar to the HomeGoods (which is owned by the same company) in the same plaza. I love their clearance racks which can be found at the end of the aisles. A great place to bargain shop. I've always loved TJ Maxx and Marshall's is essentially its sibling.

The following types of products can be found at Marshall's; footwear, clothing, bath, bedding, home decor, furniture, beauty products, jewelry, housewares, toys, giftware, and per supplies. I loved their candles and random skincare, and soaps. The clothes were pretty decent if you dig around the racks. The employees were friendly. Overall, a fun place to shop and you can find some treasures; as their slogan says, "Your surprise is waiting and never boring, always surprising."”

“Renée from the fragrance section was extremely kind and patient with my boyfriend and I while we were visiting CT and wanted to try new cologne/perfume. She was friendly and full of smiles while we explored a bunch of scents for quite some time. It’s people like her that make shopping a pleasant experience and the high-end fragrances worth the expenses.”

“After being in the Plainville location this Friday that I have to say I found a pretty great deal on 2 Adidas track suits for my son. It was obviously crowded with it being black Friday so I got what I wanted and scooted out of there and I have to say there were pretty quick with my check out anyways I earned some Khols cash and that is why I am at the Canton location today. This is my first time being at this location since moving closer this way it is very very different from other locations I have been to. The parking was excellent there is ample parking for the store. The layout is completely different with the 2 floors I have to say I was a little confused at first as it was new to me . There was so much to shop through I think they have anything and everything you could possibly think of! There is something for everyone the children's department has many good deals as well as the men's and women's. They also have a huge variety of makeup perfumes and jewelry for pretty decent prices. They have cookware, shoes, toys, home decor i was overwhelmed with the variety this location has. Also if they don't have what you want in stock you are able to order it to be sent to the store for pickup. To be honest I do think the weeks people have Khols cash the prices are a little higher and there are less coupons that can be used but that is to be expected. I do belive Khols can be your one stop location for all of your holiday shopping needs!! The staff was very nice and helpful answering all of my questions about where I can find certain things. The staff also did a great job with trying to keep up with the aftermath that some leave after shopping through things . The store was crowded as to be expected this time of year but all in all I did get some of my shopping done and I was happy with my experience. I do recommend Khols at every location !!”

“I love the store. There's so much choices, but there is one area of opportunity. I work in customer service and I tell my team if it's quiet trust me if there's one person in the store they can hear everything and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I will tell you the language that came out of one of the store reps talking to another rep was extremely unprofessional. Using profound words that were unnecessary. I almost walked up to her and said something she seems like a sweet girl, but that type of language is not kept in the store even if they think no one's listening, I heard everything.I definitely would coach the team on being careful what they say and when they say it. Use the back office they need to discuss personal issues.”

“I LOVE Saks OFF 5TH!! There are so many wonderful finds here at amazing discounts. The store is beautiful, well organized and very well merchandised. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the variety of merchandise is all top notch. They sell effee jewelry which I have previously purchased in the Caribbean at twice the price I have found the identical item for at Saks OFF 5TH. Needless to say, I do not buy my jewelry in the Caribbean anymore where you are "Supposed to get the best deals."
