Terrible service. Stopped in for a quick nail clipping of our rescue dog. She is very scared as she was abused and used as a bait dog prior to being picked up by a kill shelter in Texas. One would think the caregivers here would understand that type of baggage. Of course not! Instead we were berated for her nails being so long and for allowing her to behave the way she did when they attempted to trim her nails. Disgusting. Absolutely no empathy for her individual situation. Instead we the owners were blamed. Will never go back here.

Won't be going back. Could have done a better job myself. Charged $75 for a barely noticeable, uneven cut. My dog was there for 4 hours and there's no way it took them more than 30 min. Then they try to blame me saying I asked for it that way. Go somewhere you can communicate with the person grooming your dog at drop off.

Our Kobe came back looking refreshed! He had a bath, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Great nail job! I appreciate the amazing customer service and getting us in so quickly.

I went there to get my dogs nails trimmed. Let's me start by saying that the staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager, groomers and lady at the front desk made sure my baby was taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend for all of their services nail trims, bath and groom. In addition there are treats, all natural flea and tick products. Let's also mention their impressive wall of leads and leashes.

I just got home from having brought my dog there to get her nails cut. $21. Absolutely ridiculous. It took somebody five minutes to do it. That's $240 an hour. Good profit? I guess so. There are the places people. Let's shut them down.

So I started off the day making an appointment somewhere else to get my dog groomed and when I showed up there they turned me away for no reason. No big deal. I decided to come here just to see if they had any availability in the next few days. The young dude at the counter was super cool and asked if I had her with me. They took her right away and did a great job and took great care of her. My doggo and I will be regulars here from now on. 12/10

Did I mention how rude the staff at this place are? When I entered the shop, the overly rude gentleman at the counter barely acknowledged me, just grunted and pointed at some lady in the back. Needless to say, my dog did not receive grooming because she was "aggressive" to the groomer. She is a very menacing 22lb mini aussidoodle. I thought that is what groomers get paid to do, cut dogs hair, not all dogs feel comfortable going into grooming establishments, however I guess my dog could sense evil and that's what the people there are, evil...

I just called to see if they were taking new clients and the lady who answered the phone was so nasty with a bad attitude. She asked what kind of dog I have after telling me they aren’t taking new clients and once I told her she goes “Ohhhh nooo we don’t take labradoodles either”. Unnecessary rudeness for someone who was just trying to give them business.

It's great to find a good groomer. Very reasonable prices and super accommodating. They treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make the experience special. Thank you for the great job you did on Oliver. He loved being there for his first grooming. I felt very comfortable leaving him. Great job once again Thank you, Laurie, Doreen.

Great staff who took great care of my American bully named Petey. I was very concerned a first as peteys a rescue dog who can't be around other animals and doesn't care for water at all. They were able to address my concerns with professionalism. The price was very fair and quality of work was great as he look and smells great. I highly recommend them.
