“I cannot say enough positive things about Sharon Pharmacy. I live in Millbrook, New York which is about 30 minutes away from the pharmacy but it hardly matters. I have gradually shifted all of my prescriptions from my nearest CVS to the Sharon Pharmacy. Whenever you call CVS you have to deal with a complicated menu of options and then when you eventually ask for a representative you have to wait forever to actually speak to a person if in fact anyone ever answers at all. When you call Sharon Pharmacy a real live human being answers the phone and says "how can I help you." Imagine that in this day and age. Also and once they get to know you they call your by your first name when you arrive to pick up your scripts. Moreover they will go out of their way to figure out how you can get a particular prescription at a reasonable cost even if it means bypassing your insurance company after the company has rejected a doctor's medical exception over and over. What not to like about Sharon Pharmacy.”

“When my mother in law called this pharmacy to see if they had Amoxicillin in stock, Vijay really helped us out and even told us to call our doctor to send the prescription to them(as I was in desperate need for this medication for my baby with an ear infection and cvs didnt have it in stock) and when the doctor did, Vijay called us back to let me know that the prescription was ready and to get it before they closed. I was extremely happy with him.”

“As a out of towner this was my first time to use this pharmacy. Today when I went there the customer service was fantastic. A busy place on a Saturday morning. The pharmacist and the staff were multi-tasking, juggling many phone calls and walk ins. My experience here was terrific!”

“The ladies in the pharmacy here are champions. They are clearly understaffed and backed up. Today i was there, people were being pretty rude and impatient, but they conducted themselves so well under pressure. Polite, direct and honest. Nothing but admiration for them and the pharmacist. People need to stop being jerks and respect the hard work these people do under obviously impossible circumstances. Such an efficient group.”
