Don’t go there if you need a photo for passport. Their staff is unprofessional and doesn’t know anything about passport photo requirements.
I wasted time and money there and my photo was rejected.
My wife did her photo at CVS and everything was perfect.

Yet again Walgreens in Seymour has provided me w terrible customer service! I had to call the pharmacy three times before the pharmacist actually picked up the phone and spoke to me. The first two times I called I was on hold over ten minutes each time, when the pharmacist finally picked up the phone he hung up on me! The third time I called the pharmacist picked up the phone rather quickly…..I wonder if this has anything to do w me blocking my number. When I told him I was hung up on twice he didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying to him. Before I even heard his voice I knew who it was that was hanging up on me…..in my eyes this is a huge disservice to the Walgreens name!! The main pharmacist is rude and does not display any customer service skills. I realize it is extremely busy and I’m sure they are over worked and under staffed but how does Walgreens expect any of their employees to exhibit good customer service skills if they have a pharmacist who goes out of his way to be rude to customers!

One pharmacy tech told me my prescription would be ready on Thursday- Thanksgiving after 1pm. They are not open thanksgiving day. So I called the next morning & a young lady told me that the rx I was to pick up would be ready after 1pm today 11/24/2023. She had looked up in the system as well to verify. Well, I get to Walgreens pharmacy and they tell me they do not have my prescription. So I told them I spoke with a young lady- I hear the other staff laughing in the background saying “okay who did she talk to (hahaha)”. Well then, they said they only had qty 27 of my medication- even though it was written for 28 day supply but I would miss out getting what they didn’t have. Why tell me you have my medication ready for me to come in -TWICE- and tell me you don’t ; then you only have some. Walgreens really needs to hire professional staff. Not happy. Not pleased. And I wasn’t the only one in line who was disappointed or upset by pharmacy staff. That’s not patient care at all. That’s just rude and uncalled for. Also, they DO NOT DESERVE NOT EVEN 1 STAR. So I had NO CHOICE but to take the PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS SHORT A PILL BECAUSE OF THE MALE PHARMACY TECH TELLING ME TO COME IN ON THANKSGIVING & MY RX WOULD BE READY- ALREADY BEEN WITHOUT MY MEDICATION. Walgreens you really need to hire candidates that aren’t liars, lazy, ignorant, judge mental. Maybe hire employees who know how to do their job/communicate PROPERLY. Including which ever male pharmacist that was there WITH the male texh as well.Nobody should have to deal with that when picking up prescribed medications. And no one should have to be laughed at and strung along either.Shaking my head. And I am in the HEALTHCARE FIELD.

Sat for 10 minutes at the pharmacy waiting to be helped with three young kids. I checked online to be sure we could do walk in flu shots (it says online we can). The pharmacist starts scolding me saying there are no walk-ins and if I did wait it would be 3 hours! There was ONE lady sitting there waiting who had been there waiting 45mins with one other woman who was helped right when I got there. The second woman who was helped took a total of 2mins to get her shot. How is this not adding up here? So, I was sent away in the end. No flu shot for our family today. I am disgusted by the custemor service. If that pharmacist is overworked, get more staff asap. Not acceptable.

Both my husband and I have had horrible experiences at the Seymour, CT Walgreens Pharmacy. They have had extreme difficulty processing our prescriptions through our secondary insurance. They say they have to do it "manually". We have had to repeatedly remind them to do so. Sometimes this has taken a significant wait time. I have even called my insurance company while standing there and have had to tell the pharmacy that, yes, I have this coverage. (Previously, my husband did not realize that he was being overcharged, but now it is too late for him to submit claims.) In addition we have been treated very rudely, both in person and on the phone, especially by one female employee. She has even stated that they are too busy to handle this expeditiously. What?! Maybe if they had an efficient system it would save time for them, for us, and for others waiting in line! We have switched to CVS Pharmacy. The first time I went there my insurance info was entered into their computer system and since then every Rx is filled and charged properly with no wait time.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE PHARMACY.Young girl laughing with another coworker because she rudely told me I had to wait 8 hours for my medication without even checking to see if it was or would be ready. When she went to pass it to me out of the window, she realized quickly it had been filled days previously and had that date on it. So she chuckled that I would see she made me wait for nothing. They should fire the whole staff and start again, as this isn’t my first bad experience. Seeing all the other reviews I am not the only. As I’m writing this I was on hold for 19 minutes 2 times without anyone picking up to say hello to me once. Then I was hung up on while I was writing this. Today is my final straw, I’m going to the top of the Walgreens corporate as I have friends who work there to complain of this chain. This is unacceptable really!

Are they ever open? Doesn't seem so. I don't blame the staff but Walgreens HQ seriously? Get your act together. Ps I'm one to never leave awful reviews but this pharmacy is very disappointing.

Went for a rapid Covid test and was supposed to get results within 2-3 hrs. 5 hrs later, no results. Went there to inquire and was treated rudely with no attempt to help me get my result. Was never emailed or texted my results. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Not sure why all of these miserable people are leaving bad reviews because everyone who works here is very kind. I’ve had some very good experiences and I’m a frequent shopper. To be honest I never went to the pharmacy or the photo section but I enjoy coming here.

Came in 15 minutes early and with my paperwork already filled as noted in the confirmation email. I was not recognized at the check in for the Covid booster for at least 15 mins. I was asked the same questions as the things filled in the paperwork which defeats the purpose of filling it ahead of time. I waited another 15 mins to get the actual vaccine. Very unorganized and terrible wait time
